Mubasher: Fuad Hussein, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iraq, expressed his concern about the US administration's initial decision to withdraw the embassy from Baghdad.

The minister said during a phone call with his US counterpart, Mike Pompeo, today, Saturday, that the decision, despite being sovereign for the American side, may lead to results that are not in the interest of the Iraqi people, according to the ministry's statement.

The conversation between the two sides focused on the bilateral relations and ties between the two countries, while the Iraqi minister affirmed that his country had taken a number of security, organizational, political, and diplomatic measures to stop the attacks on the Green Zone and the airport, and there will be tangible positive results in the near future.

The American Secretary affirmed that US-Iraqi relations are important to both sides, and the two sides also discussed various future possibilities regarding the status of diplomatic missions in Baghdad.

The American Secretary promised to take into account what was put forward in the discussion, and the two sides stressed the importance of continuing to exchange views and communicate in order to find solutions to this crisis.

All of them confessed to carrying out many terrorist operations, as well as attacking and confronting the security services during the liberation operations.

iraq been wanting usa out since 2003 maybe they would be better off on their own and placed on the international terrorist list and the usa put their monies towards its own citizens for a while ... who knows this pathetic mess has got to end somewhere , we wait
