Was reading the cash-in guide and was wondering about the selected bank mentioned for VIP!">VIP members.

Is this domestic or an off-shore bank?

Considering VIP!">VIP, no passport at the moment, figured I'd ask about it before joining.

Thanks.

The Cash in guide has no info regarding OSI. I'd recommend getting VIP, a Name Reserve fast if you are EVEN contemplating it, do your gift letter(s), then READ READ READ and in the mean time get a passport.

Not to change the subject and just as an FYI, a passport is ALWAYS a good document to have.  It can be very useful in unforeseen circumstances!

For example:  I lost my Driver License several years ago.  Do you have any idea how many times you actually have to pull out your DL to verify your identity?  Neither did I until I didn't have it!  I carried my passport for several days until I got my replacement DL.  Nobody every questioned my use of it.  That's just a very simple example.  It's also not quick to get!

DON'T DELAY!  START TODAY!  Even if you don't have plans to travel anytime soon, I HIGHLY recommend it!

....

And once you have "a" passport, and you realize how important and useful it is... it doesn't take much thought to determine that a second passport would also be useful.
