With regard to the insurance subscription allowance, it is paid once in a lifetime and not monthly or annually, and it is considered a financial fee for receiving the health insurance card, and the subscription can be repeated in the event that a person loses his card or is damaged, and the subscription allowance differs between the rich and the poor, as it begins with those with degrees The Supreme Council will pay a subscription fee of 100 thousand dinars, and then gradually go down to 10 thousand for those with lower levels and all citizens.
In his speech to Al-Sabah, MP Khatti indicated that "the monthly deducted premium for health insurance is 1 percent of all employees and the equivalent in the private sector, which means that if the employee's salary is 750 thousand dinars, his monthly installment is seven thousand five hundred dinars, and this covers His card and the cards of his wife, children, and parents if they live with him, and his brothers and sisters are all with this amount, and it is not repeated for each of them. ”He states that“ all citizens - not employees - are measured on the lowest percentage, as there are exemptions by issuing the card for free and without a monthly installment. This concerns a group of groups mentioned in the law, including the poor, according to the coverage of the protection network, the handicapped in the security forces, and citizens sick with hereditary blood diseases, cancerous diseases, and other groups.
