Kamala Harris Owes Homage and Allegiance to Queen of Jamaica

As a person born with dual allegiance, foreign influence, and dual-citizenship – Kamala Harris is thus NOT a “natural born Citizen” of the United States.  A “natural born Citizen” of the United States is a person born with sole allegiance at birth to the USA and only the USA, a person born in the USA to parents who were both Citizens (born or naturalized) at the time of their child’s birth in the USA.

Kamala Harris as a Jamaican Citizen at birth owes “homage” and allegiance to the Queen of Jamaica, the Queen of England. Any claim to U.S. citizenship by her birth in California in 1964 to two non-U.S. Citizen (foreign national) parents in the USA on temporary VISA’s does not dissolve or abrogate or remove her required allegiance and homage owed at birth to Jamaica and the Queen of Jamaica, the Queen of England. She was born a dual-Citizen with divided allegiance and foreign influence on her at birth. She is not a “natural born Citizen” of the United States and thus constitutionally not eligible to serve as President and Commander in Chief, or to serve as the VP per the 12th Amendment (last line).

Totally and absolutely false. 
 

Acquiring Dual Citizenship

• A person in the United States may acquire dual citizenship in one of several ways, including:
• Being born in the United States to immigrant parents.

She would have to ask for Dual Citizenship which she nor her parents Ever asked for.

 

And just because Jamaica recognized her as a Jamaican citizen the US does not!

Here’s a key paragraph from Prof. Eastman’s Newsweek article that goes to the heart of the question:

…before we so cavalierly accept Senator Harris' eligibility for the office of vice president, we should ask her a few questions about the status of her parents at the time of her birth.

 

Were Harris' parents lawful permanent residents at the time of her birth? If so, then under the actual holding of Wong Kim Ark, she should be deemed a citizen at birth—that is, a natural-born citizen—and hence eligible. Or were they instead, as seems to be the case, merely temporary visitors, perhaps on student visas issued pursuant to Section 101(15)(F) of Title I of the 1952 Immigration Act? Why It Should Matter that Kamala Harris Is Not a Natural Born Citizen:

Let's be clear because this is important: the Naturalization Act of 1790 unambiguously defined that children of citizens of the United States shall be considered natural born citizens irrespective of where they are born.  Children of citizens of the United States may be born beyond the sea, out of the limits of the United States.  It doesn't matter.  Being a natural born citizen has nothing to do with where you are born but strictly to whom you are born — as long as it's to American citizens.  This is the media's and the Democrat Party's great lie going on twelve years now.  There are many ways to become a U.S. citizen, but if you are to seek the office of the president (or the vice president), you must be a child born of American parents.
