Shafaq News / The Ministry of Finance and Economy in the Kurdistan Regional Government announced on Saturday that the process of exchanging it for the dollar against the Iraqi dinar will be through a public auction.

The ministry said in a statement received by Shafaq News, that for this purpose, an electronic group has been activated that enables private banks, companies and exchange offices that have official licenses to participate in the auction process to exchange dollars in dinars.

The statement stated that this order aims to "prevent monopoly,   provide equal opportunities for all, and increase public imports."

I wasn't even trying to be funny ,and I made you laugh ! The rate of $5.26 was accidently leaked out by the CBI very early on.  As far as the rate being higher than Kuwait ,it makes sense to me . OK , the one who laughts . come up with your own opinions instead of your passive aggressivness in the form of laughter. Step forward and let us hear your opinion.

I didn’t laugh; but with that said, how early was it when the CBI leaked the $5+ rate?
Cheers,
