The information / Baghdad .. The
Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Forces, Major General Hussein Salami, stressed, on Saturday, that the revenge for the martyr, Lieutenant-General Qassem Soleimani, is certain, serious and real, indicating that we will target everyone involved directly or indirectly in the incident.
Salami said in a speech during the joint morning ceremony of the Revolutionary Guards General Command, "Mr. Trump, do not doubt our revenge because he is absolutely certain and serious," adding, "We will take revenge with courage and fairness." That is why we did not target your soldiers in Ain Al-Assad.
And Major General Salami continued: "We are targeting those who were directly or indirectly involved in the martyrdom of the great commander, General Hajj Qassem Soleimani."
Salami addressed the US officials by saying: “Do you think that we are targeting a woman ambassador in South Africa in exchange for the blood of our martyred brother?” Indicating that “the Americans should know that we will hit anyone involved in the cowardly assassination of General Soleimani, and this is a serious message.”
The Commander-in-Chief of the Revolutionary Guards added, “You threaten us with a thousand times more powerful attack while you are seriously suffering from internal problems. If you responded, we would have destroyed our goals. End / 25

Salami did not specify the type of response (Atta Kinari / AFP)

Today, Saturday, the Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Hossein Salami, addressed the US President, Donald Trump, saying that Iran had promised to avenge the killing of the former commander of the Quds Force, General Qassem Soleimani "is coming and will be serious and resolute."

Salami’s statement came as a comment on Trump’s recent threats against Iran to launch an attack on Iran “a thousand times stronger” if it targets US interests , against the backdrop of a report published by the US news site Politico, quoting US officials that Tehran planned to assassinate the US ambassador in South Africa. Lana Marks.

However, the commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard denied the validity of what was stated in this report, telling the US President: “Do you imagine that in exchange for the blood of our martyr we will target a woman ambassador in South Africa?”, Adding that “our revenge will be fair, so when we hit Ain Al-Assad we did not target your soldiers.” .

Iran had targeted the Ain Al-Assad base in Iraq, during which American soldiers were wounded by missile strikes, in response to the killing of Soleimani, in an American drone strike in Baghdad on the third of January.

While Salami stressed that his country would target "everyone who was directly or indirectly involved" in the assassination of Soleimani, "and this is a serious message," he addressed the US President, saying: "Mr. Trump, do not doubt our revenge and he will be firm and serious."

The Iranian military commander linked Trump's threats to strike Iran to his "internal problems," adding: "When we hit Ain al-Assad, we did not expect that you would not respond. Rather, we expected that you would respond, and then we prepared hundreds of missiles to hit your targets in case you respond."

In the same context, Salami promised a "strong" response to targeting "any Iranian," stressing that "these threats are serious, and we are not practicing a war of words, but rather we are moving everything to the battlefield."

And last Tuesday, the US President commented in a tweet via Twitter on the US Politico website about Tehran’s plans to assassinate the US ambassador to South Africa, in retaliation for the assassination of Soleimani, saying that “any attack from Iran against the United States, regardless of its form, will be answered. The response to it would be a thousand times stronger. "

In an explanation of Trump's recent threats, Iranian observers do not rule out his "adventure" against Iran to impose a security atmosphere on the US elections, in light of his declining fortunes in facing his Democratic rival, Joe Biden. These observers recall the invasion of Iraq in 2003 based on false intelligence reports about its possession of nuclear weapons, indicating that Trump may, by focusing on the "Politico" report, intend to practice a dangerous escalation against Tehran to raise his electoral fortunes.

In this context, the Iranian government spokesman, Ali Rabiei, linked, last Tuesday, Trump's threats to the issue of the US elections, saying that his statements “may be a propaganda move and have electoral consumption,” considering that “bloodshed or psychological behavior to obtain the presidential seat and win the elections is a sin. Unpardonable and betrayed. "

Despite this, Rabiei did not rule out, at the same time, that the US administration would attack Iran, as he said that "the historical experience in the region shows that America started the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq on the basis of forged reports." ".

The Iranian Foreign Ministry also considered the American website report "baseless and false," stressing Tehran's commitment to "international diplomatic principles and norms."

In light of Washington's recent threats and its confirmation of the re-imposition of UN sanctions on Tehran, starting tomorrow, Sunday, the US Navy announced, earlier, that an attack group led by the aircraft carrier "Nimitz", which includes two cruisers equipped with guided missiles and a destroyer equipped with guided missiles, crossed the Strait Hormuz is heading to the Gulf to work and train with American partners and support the coalition fighting the terrorist "ISIS" organization.

The commander of the Revolutionary Guard, we can sweep the region and burn and occupy American bases there

A. 2020-09-20 Iran , the world

The commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Hossein Salami, threatened to burn and occupy American interests and bases in the region, for the second time in one day, stressing that the American economy could not withstand a new war.

"If the Americans want to fight us, they must be in the region, and they cannot fight us outside it," Salami said. "When they are stationed in the region, they are under our eyes, and we are able to burn and occupy all their interests and bases in the region."

"We can sweep the region ... the power that we gathered today is based on the most pessimistic assumptions ... We have provided the tools for a large-scale war on the sea, land and air, to win a major war with the United States," Salami added in televised statements carried by the Iranian Student News Agency (ISNA).

And I consider that the US economic indicators “are not sufficient to manage a new war,” and that the American society does not have the ability to accept new losses because the war with Iran “will be different,” he said.

Salami did not mention the resilience of the Iranian economy, to compare its condition with that of the US economy, and to find out which one is better able to bear.

The commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard praised the Americans implicitly, saying that "the Americans are not crazy about exposing themselves to a strong armed force ... When we hit (base) Ain al-Assad, we assumed that the Americans would respond and that we had prepared hundreds of missiles to continue our work."

"The missile is a small part of our defense," Salami said. "If this armored lion moves, no force will be able to resist it." This is not rhetoric, and I hate psychological warfare. I hate useless exaggeration ... We have no concern about any war and we can destroy and chase the enemy.

Earlier Saturday, the commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard threatened that "revenge for the blood" of Quds Force Commander Qassem Soleimani, who was killed in a US air strike near Baghdad airport on January 3, was "a definite and definite matter."

Salami: The revenge for Soleimani's blood is settled and confirmed

In statements carried by the official Iranian News Agency (IRNA), Salami warned US President Donald Trump that “revenge for the blood of the martyr Soleimani is categorical, decisive and real. Whoever contributed to the crime of his assassination, directly or indirectly.

And during the killing of Qassem Soleimani, the Revolutionary Guards bombed military bases where US forces were present in Iraq, on January 8, before hours later a Ukrainian plane fell over the capital, Tehran, killing the 176 people on board. At the time, Iran said that its bombing was the result of a "human error", and it agreed to pay financial compensation to the families of the victims.
