The source said, "New administrative orders were issued with the placement of Hassan Salman Al-Makouter / Director General of the Administrative Department at the Ministry of Finance, and Ali Karim / Director General of the State Real Estate Department." Who knows what took place during the 8-20 meeting in DC - hopefully we're seeing aat least a partial response to it now. "I'll lower my troops if you elininate your corruption -and pay us back for something we could've taken for free".... is a possible scenario.
