Mubasher: Al-Rafidain Bank in Iraq announced today, Thursday, that it will grant loans worth 50 million dinars to citizens for the purpose of construction.

 

The media office of the bank said to the Iraqi News Agency "INA": "It was decided to grant 50 million dinars to the citizen to build on a residential plot of land in his name, in terms of independence or with a common name."

He pointed out that "this comes under a newly issued document provided with confirmation from the competent real estate registration department and the validity of the bond issuance to be mortgaged in favor of the bank."

He pointed out that "the bank stipulated submitting a map and building permit in the name of the borrower who wishes to build on the plot of land."

Unfortunately no LTL Article 140 in the Iraqi Constitution involves disputed land which is part 

 of Kurdistan, Kirkuk ,Diyala , Anbar and one other town I think.
