yota691
Al-Maliki denounces the Emirati-Israeli agreement 14:11 - 14/08/2020 The information / Baghdad .. leader of the State of Law coalition, Nouri al-Maliki, condemned, on Friday, the agreement reached by the United Arab Emirates and Israel, calling on Arab and Islamic countries to reject it. Al-Maliki said in a statement received by the information, that "the practical steps for the Camp David project of normalization between the Zionist entity and some Arab governments are still continuing at a humiliating and disgraceful pace." He added, "The Arab political system has transcended the boundaries of Arab and Islamic values by its path of normalization with the Zionists who swore the blood of Arabs and Muslims and continued to usurp the land and sanctities." Al-Maliki also said that "the path of political and economic rapprochement with the Zionists is a betrayal of trust, God and Muslims, and a crossing of the sacrifices and the grave sacrifice made by the nation in the face of the arrogance of Zionist extremism and its continuous attacks and its conspiracy against Arabs and Muslims and the continuing flagrant violation of the just nation’s causes in Palestine." And he added, "The cooperation protocol between the UAE and the usurping entity, with American blessing, is nothing but one of the episodes of returning to stabilizing the scheme of humiliation and dishonor and wasting the legitimate rights recognized by international legitimacy." Al-Maliki pointed out that "this step, which was not expected from the United Arab Emirates, confirms the deal of the century that changes the map of the region in favor of the Zionist entity." And the leader of the State of Law coalition continued by saying, "This step is a violation and clear violation of the decisions of the Arab League, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the Non-Aligned Organization and other international organizations that have recognized the rights of the people of Palestine to their land and its capital, Al-Quds Al-Sharif, as it is a violation of the bond of religion and brotherhood that binds Arabs and Muslims." He concluded by saying, "We call on the Arab and Islamic countries to raise their voices in rejecting this Arab political collapse, and we also call on the sons of the Islamic and Arab nations to express their rejection and denunciation of this very dangerous step and work to stop it." yota691
Arab and international welcome to an Emirati-Israeli agreement to stop the annexation plan - 40 Minutes Elapsed DUBAI - Arab and Western countries welcomed the "historic" peace agreement announced, Thursday, between Israel and the Emirates, in a move that comes in the wake of indications of rapprochement between them and the Hebrew state. "It is a huge breakthrough," Trump said in a tweet on Twitter, speaking of "a historic peace agreement between our two great friends." The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, announced in a tweet on Twitter that his country had agreed with Israel to “stop Israel's annexation of the Palestinian lands,” and to “lay down a roadmap towards the launch of joint cooperation, leading to bilateral relations.” And US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo expressed his country's hope that "this bold step will be the first in a series to end 72 years of hostility in the region." Republican candidate to the US election, Joe Biden, welcomed the "historic" agreement. For his part, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres expressed his hope that the peace agreement would contribute to reaching a solution to the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians on the basis of the principle of the two-state solution. "The Secretary-General welcomes this agreement and hopes that it provides an opportunity for Israeli and Palestinian leaders to engage again in serious negotiations that achieve a two-state solution in accordance with United Nations resolutions, international law and bilateral agreements," a spokesperson for Guterres said in a statement. The French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian considered that the decision taken by the Israeli authorities to suspend the annexation of territories "is a positive step that must be turned into a final measure." British Prime Minister Boris Johnson affirmed that “the decision by the UAE and Israel to normalize relations is very good news. I was very hopeful that the annexation of the West Bank would not proceed, and today's agreement to suspend these plans is a welcome step on the road to a more peaceful Middle East. ” "It is a historic step that witnesses the normalization of relations between two great friends of the United Kingdom (...) and in the end there is no alternative to direct talks between the Palestinians and Israel, which are the only way to reach a two-state solution and sustainable peace," Foreign Minister Dominic Raab said in a statement. In the Arab world, the Sultanate of Oman on Friday expressed its support for the UAE’s decision on relations with Israel, and the Oman News Agency quoted an official foreign ministry spokesman as affirming that “the Sultanate supports the decision of the United Arab Emirates on relations with Israel within the framework of the historic joint declaration between it and the United States and Israel.” He expressed his hope that "this decision will contribute to achieving a comprehensive, just and lasting peace in the Middle East." Bahrain also expressed, in a statement, "its deep congratulations to the United Arab Emirates," adding that "this historic step will contribute to strengthening stability and peace in the region." The Southern Transitional Council in Yemen considered that the peace agreement between the UAE and Israel is a "courageous decision by a wise leader," referring to the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Mohammed bin Zayed. This came in a tweet by Vice President of the Transitional Council, Hani Bin Buraik, on his documented page on the "Twitter" site. Brik considered that "the agreement laid down a road map towards joint cooperation with Israel, leading to bilateral relations (with the UAE)." He said that he would "serve the Arabs' choice in the two-state solution, serving the Palestinian people, and ending the trade in the cause," he said. The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs commented on the agreement by saying that the effect of the agreement between the UAE and Israel will be linked to what Israel will do: either ending the occupation and achieving a just and comprehensive peace or deepening the conflict that will explode threatening the security of the entire region. As for the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a tweet, it announced that it would summon the Palestinian ambassador from the UAE, based on the instructions of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. The Palestinians have boycotted the US administration since Trump broke decades of consensus by recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and moving the US embassy from Tel Aviv to the city last year. The agreement is likely to be criticized by some governments, especially Iran, as observers consider the agreement between the UAE and Israel a "nightmare" for Iran and its efforts against Israel in the region. The agreement will enhance the confrontation of Iran's influence in the region, as the UAE, Israel and the United States consider it the main threat to the Middle East, which is witnessing many conflicts. Establishing diplomatic relations between Israel and Washington's allies in the Middle East is vital to Trump's regional strategy to contain Iran. yota691
KHAZALI COMMENTS ON THE EMIRATI-ISRAELI AGREEMENT AND TALKS ABOUT THE ROLE OF THE RESISTANCE Friday, 14 August 2020 5:07 PM Baghdad / National News Center - The Secretary-General of the Asaib Ahl al-Haq Movement, Qais Khazali, on Friday strongly attacked the agreement between the United Arab Emirates and Israel under the auspices of the United States of America , and Khazali said in a televised speech today that "the humiliating position of the ruling family in the non-Arab Emirates constitutes a link in the series of treason and labor." And he added, "There are other regimes that are preparing the atmosphere for new abstractions, on top of which is the House of Saud," noting that "the Sauds have begun to spread the culture of openness to Zionism to present other episodes of normalization." Khazali added, "The resistance axis rejects any form of normalization with the Zionist entity," adding, "Dialogue with the puppet regimes is not feasible and the only language to confront this lethargy is adherence to the resistance." He noted that "the insistence on defending the sanctity of the free with sacrifice and sacrifice, after our enemy announced that his goal is to divide the body of the Arab nation." Khazali continued by saying, "We pledge the free people of the world that Iraq and the Iraqis will be the steadfast rock in front of the failed normalization project." 1
