The information / Baghdad ..
Former Oil Minister Ibrahim Bahr Al-Ulum revealed the inability of the current government to pay the salaries of employees during the month of September, indicating that Iraq's losses from the OPEC agreement amounted to 21 billion dollars.
Bahr Al-Ulum said in an interview with Al-Maaloumah that the government will be unable to pay the salaries of employees during the next month because it does not have the funds.
He added, "The recent OPEC agreement cable the current Iraqi government headed by Mustafa Al-Kazemi," noting that " Iraq's losses as a result of this agreement amounted to $ 21 billion."
Regarding his expectations regarding oil prices, Bahr Al-Ulum suggested that "the coming period will witness an increase in oil prices to $ 51 a barrel." End / 25

Trump to the rescue. At least that's what al-Kazimi may be thinking as he heads to D.C. in about 10 days.

I hope Trump tells him to "RV your currency. Now go home and kick Maliki for me !"

Muhammed Saeed al-Sahhaf. I hear he is out of a job and for some unknown reason no news station will take him on as a reliable journalist. So he could use the money.
