so for years and years now Iraq has changed their reference rate....Septe 2003/2004 they added zeros and October they changed and introduced new currency which most of us all have! so if they have always changed their rate in April for over 4o years, and only twice changed their rate in sept 2003/2004? why are we expecting a rate change every other month?

 

Sept/October is before November! what's happens in November? who has made the greatest impact and influence on Iraq? just something for us to think about?

So They Can Raise (Or Change) The Rate At Pretty Much Any Time ...
