In his meeting with the Iraqi Prime Minister .. Khamenei vows to strike the Americans in response to the killing of Soleimani

Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said that his country would deal a blow to America in response to the killing of the prominent commander of the Revolutionary Guards, Qassem Soleimani, adding that his country would not interfere in Baghdad's relationship with Washington.

Khamenei made his threat in Tuesday's meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kazemi, according to the official website of the Iranian guide.

Khamenei told the Iraqi Prime Minister - who is visiting Tehran - that his country will not interfere in Baghdad's relationship with Washington, but he warned that the American presence on the Iranian border is causing security chaos.

Al-Kazemi met Khamenei in Tehran on Tuesday during his first official visit abroad since he took office in May.

Khamenei said that "Iran will not interfere in Iraq’s relations with America, but expects Iraqi friends to know America and realize that its presence in any country causes corruption, destruction and destruction."

He continued, "The Islamic Republic expects to abide by the decision of the (Iraqi) parliament to expel American forces, as their presence is a reason for insecurity."

America and Iran

Khamenei indicated that Soleimani was killed in an American air strike by a plane near Baghdad airport at the beginning of the year, after which the Iraqi parliament requested the withdrawal of American forces. "They killed your guest in your house and rudely admitted that," he said.

He added that Iran "will never forget this and will certainly strike a retaliatory blow to the Americans."

Tehran responded to the killing of Soleimani by launching ballistic missiles at bases used by American forces in Iraq, knowing that Trump refused to respond militarily to this strike.

The missile attack targeting the al-Asad base in western Iraq did not result in deaths among US forces, but it wounded soldiers with brain tremors.

Khamenei said that Iran opposes "what weakens the Iraqi government," contrary to Washington, which he said does not want "an independent and strong Iraqi government elected by popular vote."

Minister of Finance: 300 thousand "space" employees in Iraq

7/21/2020

Rudaw Digital

The Iraqi Finance Minister, Ali Allawi, reported that there are about 300,000 "space" employees in Iraq, warning that economic problems may spark a state of insecurity in the country.

And the Financial Times quoted Allawi as saying that radical reform is the only way to avoid a "catastrophe" for the oil-dependent country, noting that all that can be done is to refer to the "catastrophe" facing the country, if the path continues.

Allawi has previously studied at Harvard University, and has taught at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

The Iraqi Minister of Finance, warned of "grave security consequences" in the event that the country's economy is not radically restructured, at a time when the crisis of the Corona Virus is struck, and its reflection on commercial activities and the damage of the collapse of oil prices to state revenues, indicating inflation spending and a monthly wage bill The value of $ 5 billion for the massive public payroll.

Concerning "space" employees, that is, those who do not exist in the state’s departments, while these influential people receive salaries, Allawi explained that the issues that were buried because of the large and growing oil revenues are now evolving, and this includes payments for an estimated 300,000 "ghost" or fictional employee " ".

The price of crude oil has fallen to more than half compared to last year 2019, as it dealt a blow to the financial position of the second largest producer in OPEC, "Iraq".

Allawi believed that the economy, if not radically restructured in a highly coherent and well-implemented medium-term program, could have truly severe security consequences.

According to the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies, Iraq's revenue from oil exports fell from 6.1 billion dollars in January, to their lowest levels at 1.4 billion dollars last April.

While the collapse of world oil prices has harmed the Iraqi economy before, Allawi says that Baghdad "can no longer" rely on prices to bounce again, arguing that this may spur reforms, confirming that there is an "increased recognition" that the country is moving to an environment with prices Oil is relatively low, and an alternative to restructuring public financial resources should be found to take into account this new normal.

The 73-year-old minister is part of a transitional government appointed to steer Iraq toward new elections, after mass protests against the institution toppled the previous government.

The country's poverty rate is expected to rise to 31.7 percent this year, from 20 percent in 2018, as the Corona pandemic crisis pushes 4.5 million Iraqis below the poverty line, according to a new joint assessment by the government, the United Nations, the World Bank, and Oxford University.

According to the World Bank, if oil prices remain below $ 30, Iraq will shift from a fiscal surplus to a deficit equal to more than a quarter of its gross domestic product.

Analysts said the government can take advantage of $ 68 billion in foreign reserves to cover dollar bills, such as imports and debt service, and is expected to borrow $ 18 billion locally and abroad to cover government wages for the next few months.

On the subject of the loan, Allawi said that Iraq has regular and intense discussions with the International Monetary Fund, adding that Baghdad may apply for some budget support, describing the bill of "inflated wages" is to some extent a "legacy of Iraq's recent violent history", and that 40 To 45 percent of public sector employees in the vast Iraqi security forces.

The deputy of the Fatah Alliance, Uday al-Shaalan, called on the Presidency of Parliament, Wednesday, to hold an emergency parliamentary session to host Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, indicating that more than 100 deputies wish to host Al-Kazemi as a result of government failures.

Al-Shaalan told Al-Maalouma that more than 100 deputies wish to host Al-Kazemi as a result of his departure from the issue of elections, the economic crisis and preoccupation with secondary files that have nothing to do with the work of the transitional government.

He added that "there are not a few representatives demanded the presidency of the parliament to hold an emergency parliamentary session in which to host Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi after his return from Iran." He pointed out that "the House of Representatives did not touch anything until the moment from the Al-Kazemi government, other than conflicting statements."

Maliki, classified documents, the destruction of Iraq and Argentina, killing and assassination !!!

المالكي والوثائق السرية ودمار العراق والارجنتين والقتل والاغتيال !!!

Written by: Jassar Saleh Al-Mufti

He began his term by signing Saddam Hussein's execution despite the objection of the Judicial Council. It caused ISIS to enter Iraq and perpetuated sectarianism, exclusion, murder and treachery. It enabled Tehran to take over the Iraqi regime with the help of his party and its advisers. Participated in the ambush plan for 32,000 Iraqi employees funded by Iran in sensitive locations.

- 100,000 prisoners who remained in prison did not leave, except by order of his personal office.
- Confidential information proves his direct involvement in the bombing of the Iraqi embassy in Beirut!
- His stances towards the Kingdom are hostile and extremist, and I reached the point that Saudi Arabia declares war!

Abdul Hakim Shar - Previously - Follow-up: “The black box of former Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki”

.. Obvious details, information and documents with a long history of loyalty to the "mullahs"; As it caused ISIS to enter Iraq, and its government sought to perpetuate sectarianism, excluding and killing, and in its history it was involved in the bombing of the Iraqi embassy in Beirut, and its party carried out a car bomb attack on the convoy of the Emir of Kuwait, "Al-Sabah"; In addition to the fall of 100,000 Iraqi prisoners in his prisons during his rule.

All these crimes have prompted the head of the Iraq Commission in the former European Parliament, "Stray Stephenson," to request the arrest of former Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, and charge him with crimes against humanity, and "Strawn" told "Al-Maliki", who asked him to silence his crimes and stop criticizing him. : "The only thing that makes me silent is the arrest of Nuri al-Maliki and the charges against him for crimes against humanity, then I will shut up."

Positions of 32 thousand employees!
And revealed "Stevens Stephenson" in a survey of "Al-Jazeera", about the life of "Maliki" broadcast yesterday in its "Black Box" program, that there are 32 thousand Iraqi Iranian employees, most of whom fled from Saddam's regime to Iran; They were funded and sent by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps after Saddam's fall to Iraq; To occupy sensitive positions in the army and public institutions, "Stevens Stevenson added:" I have a list of 400 names of these; Some of them work in the office of Prime Minister Maliki, and others work in other government positions, including “Hadi al-Amiri” from the “Quds Force”; Stressing that the entire Iraqi regime was seized by Tehran with the full coordination of Nuri al-Maliki.
The execution of "Saddam", the first of the secrets of this fund, began with "Al-Maliki", with the start of his mandate with his direct signature of the execution of Saddam Hussein's death sentence in November 2006; Despite the objection of the Iraqi Supreme Judicial Council, For illegal and constitutional procedure; According to a classified document sent to "Al-Maliki" personally two days before the death sentence was carried out, "Al-Maliki" was struck by the wall, then the secrets rolled.

ISIS entry documents
The Al-Jazeera channel opened the black box of “Nuri al-Maliki” in which it disclosed documents it held responsible for causing the entry and spread of ISIS in Iraq; This was in a report issued by a high parliamentary investigation committee, in which it was recommended to refer Nuri al-Maliki to the Iraqi judiciary; As the main accused of extraditing Mosul - without a fight - to ISIS in June 2014 .. Under the pretext of fighting terrorism and with a strong security grip, Maliki dominated Iraq to submit to the authority of the absolute individual.

“Al-Maliki” and the Shi’ite Organization
The report clarified that “Al-Maliki” joined the Islamic Dawa Party in 1970, which is a political Shiite organization and is the party that now governs Iraq and that originated in 1957, and adopts the idea of political Islam to seize power in Iraq, and became a member of the leadership The party is responsible for the internal organizations throughout its existence, and the founder of the prominent Shiite authority, Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr, who was aspiring to establish an Islamic state in Iraq, and after 50 years of its founding, the party succeeded in reaching power, and after the revolution in Iran the party pledged allegiance to Khomeini.
And, "Al-Maliki" left Iraq to form an opposition front under President Saddam Hussein; Where he sought refuge in Syria and Iraq, and after the execution of Muqtada al-Sadr in 1980, al-Maliki decided to form a military wing to confront Saddam's regime in Iraq.

The "Dawa" and "Bilqis" crimes and the Dawa Party
- a strategic ally with the "Amal Movement" and one of its members, "Al-Maliki" - carried out a specific operation in Beirut; The bombing of the Iraqi embassy in Beirut in January 1981. A suicide bomber from the "Dawa" party driving a car bomb in the heart of the Iraqi embassy; This left sixty civilians dead, including "Balqis al-Rawi," the wife of the well-known poet Nizar Qabbani, who was an employee of the embassy. It is interesting that the "Belqis" family in 2014 filed a lawsuit against Nouri Al-Maliki personally after receiving secret information to prove the direct involvement of "Al-Maliki" in the embassy bombing.

His friend and the attempted assassination of "Al-Sabah",
and the "Dawa" party - to which "Al-Maliki" belongs - carried out a car bomb attack on the convoy of the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Jaber Al-Sabah, in an attempt to assassinate him. According to the Kuwaiti judiciary, the direct defendant for planning and implementing this process was the man of the Dawa Party, “Jamal Ibrahimi,” known as “Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis,” a friend of Nuri al-Maliki and his companion, and despite the incursion of “Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis” into the blood of Iraqis and Kuwaitis, today he is a deputy Babylon. His advisor and loyalty to “Khomeini” “Hadi al-Amiri” is a close associate of Nuri al-Maliki, former Prime Minister of Iraq, and his most important adviser; He is a member of the House of Representatives for the "State of Law" coalition led by "Al-Maliki", and today he is the field commander of the Hashd al-Shaabi militia, and a leaked video showed Amiri, a member of the Shiite Dawa Party, who was a fighter in the Iranian forces during their fight against the Iraqi army, he says In it: “We are with the imam - meaning“ Khomeini ”- until the last drop of blood. If the imam says war, War, if the imam says peace; Peace..we are with the imam, we know that the imam is now the imam who represents Islam. ”He said: “Judgment Day is very close, and we warn all families in the area not to leave. Because we will strike a blow that does not stay and does not leave.

" Sectarianism "Al-Maliki"
"I am first Shiite and second Iraqi" .. This is how Nuri al-Maliki introduced himself to the British newspaper "The Guardian"; From the first moment, the Maliki government sought to perpetuate sectarianism inside Iraq; He excluded and killed, and he said in one of his presidential speeches: “Those who killed Al-Hussein are not finished yet, here they are today.” He added: “Al-Hussein in another color still exists, he who is targeted by these tyrants.” And he added: “So the supporters of Yazid and the supporters of Al-Hussein

Once again, along the line, they are shocked in the face of a stubborn fierce. ” 100 thousand prisoners!
According to leaked documents out of 400,000 secret "WikiLeaks" documents for Iraq, Nouri al-Maliki managed death squads and arrests, and the secret document monitored more than 100,000 Iraqi prisoners held in Iraqi prisons that are directly linked to the Prime Minister's Office.

Hostile against the Kingdom
and Al-Maliki had hostile attitudes against Saudi Arabia; He accused the kingdom of destroying the Iraqi economy, by following an oil policy in order to harm Iran and Russia. Stressing that Iraq is going through a stifling economic crisis, and in a comment on the failure of its security policies on the peg of "external interference", he accuses "Maliki" of Saudi Arabia of "declaring war" on Iraq. Al-Maliki accused the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Turkey of supporting what he described as “terrorist and takfiri organizations” in the region, such as ISIS in Iraq and the Levant, and, in a previous TV interview with France 24, he launched the most violent attack on Saudi Arabia and Qatar; He accused them of declaring war on Iraq. Considering that Riyadh adopted "support for terrorism" in the region and the world. Slander and aggression Saudi Arabia described the statements of the Iraqi Prime Minister, which he made as "aggressive and irresponsible", and considered his accusation of supporting terrorism in Iraq as slander and risky.

It is necessary, and as we mentioned earlier, the need to add 4 other main points in order to actually fall within the framework of real and fundamental reforms, and these points are as follows:

1 - The trial of former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki for committing inhuman crimes, torture, killing and corruption.

2- The expulsion of Iran from all the Iraqi areas that it penetrated into. ISIS cannot be defeated, and regimes and stability will not return to Iraq as long as Iran does not stop occupying Iraq.

3- Confronting and frustrating the Shiite militias operating under the Iranian regime. There should be no armed force in Iraq other than the Iraqi army and police.

4- Holding early and fair elections under the supervision of the United Nations.

The addition of these four points, especially when closely examining and examining them, shows their extreme necessity, for it is that Nuri al-Maliki, for example, who led the conditions and conditions in Iraq through his unwise policies and incompatible with the interests of the Iraqi people, should not pass Honorable, because if there is a failure, then it must be negligent, and if there is a crime, there must be a criminal who has committed it. Influencing its national sovereignty.

The problem of Iranian influence and hegemony in Iraq has the largest and strongest relationship with the course of events and developments that led to the current intersection, and the truth is that if we consider Al-Maliki to be a major deficiency and must be tried, we do not find it necessary to say that Tehran was always behind everything that Al-Maliki has done He committed it and it bears the burden of many negative actions and practices that have occurred in Iraq, and from here without the expulsion of Iran from Iraq and the end of its influence, it is not possible for the militia’s dilemma and no future for confrontation against ISIS, because the presence of Iranian influence in Iraq means continued tampering with security and stability in it It negatively affects the home front, which must be strong and coherent against ISIS.

The scenes of politics are not at all similar to those that resurface, as Straun Stevenson, a European envoy to Iraq, revealed financial offers he had received in his office in the Belgian capital, Brussels, through envoys from the former Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to ensure that the Scottish man kept silent about everything hidden in Iraq. .

This image refers us to the uprising in the Sunni regions in Iraq following the sectarian policies practiced by Nuri al-Maliki, through his arms extending in the heart of the deep Iraqi state, that country that international organizations have classified as the most corrupt in the administration and the third most executed country after China.

Iran and its mullah regime always play in the colors of Iraq and the region in general to color it in one color, whether by creating “jihadist” organizations such as Hezbollah, or through the men of power who sit in Arab capitals and who are loyal to Tehran, or through direct military intervention as we have seen in tens of thousands of Videos depicted in Syria or Iraq, this equation is inherited by Heydar al-Abadi, the current Prime Minister of Iraq as it is. They, from the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, should encourage them to engage with the Iraqi army and the Peshmerga forces in the face of ISIS, following the demonstration of the real intention to boycott Iran's nails in Iraq, and this does not happen as Stephenson sees except by ending the militias. Sectarianism and the overthrow of Tehran's men in Baghdad, whether in the political government or the military and various sectors of the state.

The Scottish diplomat is trying to seek the glitches and corruption that he has built on the construction of Nuri al-Maliki in his years as president of the government of Iraq.

On the thirteenth of last June, Straun Stevenson unveiled his understanding of the reason for the successive crises in Iraq recently, as he attributed all of this to the performance of Nuri al-Maliki, the former Iraqi Prime Minister, who established sectarianism in Iraq by deliberately and deliberately excluding the Sunnis.

This exclusion, which everyone ignores, has opened doors for Iranian arms to make Iraq’s arenas a playground for them. In front of this scene, Stephenson considers that the administration of the American White House during the Obama era did great harm to the West’s ability to limit Iran's nuclear ambition, as the facilities provided by the American administration regarding the Iranian nuclear file You will pay the full price for Europe, as the signs that Iraqi cities witnessed and stormed and stormed the sectarian fire led to the completion of the Iranian plan through the sectarian militias loyal to Tehran in Mesopotamia.

We are here before a difficult equation, as Stevenson sees it, which is surprising from the touring of General Qassem Soleimani in Iraqi cities, whose image is adorned on some of its walls, while he heads the Jerusalem force officially inscribed on the lists of European terrorism. Those sectarian militias backed by Tehran committed as many as they committed Residents of Sunni cities in Iraq, putting themselves in a bilateral interview with the Organization of the State of Iraq and the Levant, and what has become known as the term ISIS, in front of all this, the United States of America provides military support to the sectarian militias and the Iranian Quds Force through air-launched sorties.

This scene is echoed repeatedly in the statements of the Scottish diplomat who repeatedly met political leaders from the Sunnis in Iraq, out of his vision based on the need to restore the Sunni force as a human bloc within the components of the Iraqi army, so the Iraqi National Army is the only guarantor of the country as the only guarantor of the failure Eligibility

Stevenson's vision came through his close monitoring of the Iraqi file in his recent years, as he described the path of Mesopotamia in 2010 that he is heading towards creative chaos, he confirmed this through many visits he made and carried out to Erbil, where he was building bridges of communication with cities from the cities that Under the yoke of Maliki’s injustice, he has repeatedly described it as a corrupt dictator.

In his various conversations and published articles, the Scottish diplomat attempts to seek the glitches and spoilers of corruption on which the foundation of Nuri al-Maliki was built during his years of presidency of the government of Iraq, asserting that the situation will not be correct without curbing Iran and its regime from interfering in the files of the region, where he repeatedly called for the militia to expel Outside the Iraqi borders, and at the same time working to rebuild and rehabilitate the Iraqi army to gain the confidence of the Sunni street, always reminiscent of the international efforts that combined to form a force composed of Sunni Arab tribes after the US invasion of Iraq in 2003 calling for a restoration of confidence-building experience with those tribes to confront the threat of organization The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, and these bridges of trust will not succeed as long as the sectarian militias march in the streets of Iraqi cities by direct order from Tehran.

The sectarian militias run by Tehran will go to Iraq far towards the civil war, so Stevenson said months ago, and this is what has become a reality on the soil of Iraq, which the West and the United States have linked to the success of the negotiations on the Iranian nuclear file. Saudi Arabia and with it the Arab alliance through the storm of assertions over the Houthi coup against the elected legitimate authority in Yemen, that he is the one who woke up from his coma, describing the Iranian scene with confusion in front of the Arab response force in the Yemen Square on the arms of Tehran there.

Stephenson, the Scottish politician sympathetic to the difficult Sunni reality in Iraq in front of the Iranian tide, presented his vision to save the rest of the coexistence between the country’s spectrums through salvation from Iranian influence, which enjoys strong ties with opponents of the mullahs ’regime, whether in the outside of Iran or in its glory.

Liberty on the Iraq-Iran border,
Stephenson realizes in the fact of the scene that Iran seeks with all possible force to smooth out everything that might oppose the restoration of the glories of the fleeting empire, but he refuses to be a false witness to what he has seen and heard

An Iranian website revealed that Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi refused to meet with the commander of the Quds Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, adding that Khamenei asked Al-Kazemi to pay $ 6 billion to Iran through Chinese banks, but Al-Kazemi said: he cannot work through Chinese banks for fear of US sanctions.

And the Iranian "Awa Todi" opposition website reported in a report that it "obtained information confirming that Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, who visited Tehran on Tuesday, refused to meet with the commander of the Quds Force Ismail Qai Ani."

The report also referred to the meeting that gathered Al-Kazemi with Khamenei on Tuesday evening in the latter's office, saying that “Khamenei tried to influence Al-Kazemi with the aim of persuading him to transfer 6 billion dollars of Iranian frozen funds in Iraq, most of which relate to selling Iranian electricity and gas to Iraq.”

He added that “Khamenei asked Al-Kazemi to pay $ 6 billion to Iran through Chinese banks, but Al-Kazemi said he could not work through Chinese banks for fear of US sanctions.”

Al-Kazemi ended his visit to Tehran yesterday, Wednesday, during which he met President Hassan Rouhani, Khamenei, Parliament Speaker Muhammad Baqer Qalibaf and Iranian National Security Council Chairman Admiral Ali Shamkhani.

On January 3, Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei appointed General Ismail Qasni as the commander of the Quds Force after the assassination of the former commander, General Qassem Soleimani, with an air strike on an American drone plane near the Iraqi capital, Baghdad.
