In which thousands of citizens participated, the vast majority of them voted in favor of the federal government, which citizens demanded to work to restore the border outlets In the region, as it did in other cities of the country, noting that great corruption and massive thefts are taking place through these outlets without benefiting the citizens.

The head of the Movement for Change movement in the region’s parliament, Ali Hama Saleh, said that the domination and control of some parties ensures that they achieve millions of dollars per month from these outlets through trading in prohibited materials, corruption and the trade of corrupt goods that enter the region’s markets daily and pass through it to neighboring countries ..

Hama Saleh explained that corruption in these outlets facilitated the entry of thousands of tons of corrupt materials that are being sold in the region's markets after tampering with the dates of their validity, and their profits go to the pockets of some traders backed by influential political parties and forces.

While two members of the Kurdish component in the House of Representatives demanded Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi to work on the control of the federal government over the border outlets in a message that the new morning had received a copy of, the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee called, yesterday, Saturday, the federal government to send federal forces to control the northern border outlets, tight On the possibility of stopping funding the Kurdistan Regional Budget in the event that it refuses to hand over those crossings, and called for the law and state prestige to be imposed on all parts of Iraq equally.

Baghdad / news

A source familiar with the border outlets said today, Wednesday, that imaginary amounts pay the simplest position in the border outlets as they are of financial benefit to the corrupt, calling on the Prime Minister to send an honest team to each outlet to check the backgrounds of employees and workers, knowing who supports them, as well as monitoring the borders and closing informal ports.

The source said to "Al-Akhbariya", that "the border outlets are one of the most important financial resources that benefit from countries in supporting their budgets, except in Iraq, because influential bodies in the country are corrupt, parties and some clans control the Iraqi outlets and share with the state the profits that it generates with tens of billions." .

He added that "the Prime Minister, as commander-in-chief of the armed forces, can control all ports, whether land, sea, or air, if he is serious, by sending a team that does not doubt his integrity to each of the outlets, checking the names of workers and employees, and knowing who they are affiliated with to strike all the corrupt and expose them to Public opinion, especially as the country is undergoing a serious financial crisis that may affect the livelihoods of employees, retirees and the poor registered in social welfare records. "

The source pointed out that "the simplest position in the border outlets is sold with fictional sums that the mind may not imagine. Hence, anyone can imagine what money corrupt people can obtain as long as the position was purchased at an imaginary amount," explaining that "the data confirm a real intention of the Prime Minister By imposing control on the ports, but this should translate into concrete actions. "

Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi has promised close measures that he will take to control all border crossings, indicating that there is sufficient information in the possession of his government team about corruption taking place in these outlets.

Baghdad / Al-Akhbariya:
The governor of Wasit Muhammad Jameel announced, on Wednesday, that an army force has arrived to seize the port of Zurbatiyah today.
Jamil said in the statement, received by "Al-Akhbariya" that "we met today with the management of the port and the costly force after the arrival of a regiment of the Iraqi army to take its security duties under the direction of the Prime Minister, we look forward to coordinating matters between the departments operating inside the port in the correct manner."
He added that "the force in charge of protecting the port is a factor of reassurance for its workers in order to carry out their work without pressures and threats, and to tighten the grip of that force and beating with an iron hand on anyone who tries to destabilize the border crossing."
He continued, "The most important steps start with preventing abuse, cutting corruption, and ending the hegemony and influence of outlaws that manipulate the revenues of the executor and the suspicious deals."
He said, “The Prime Minister made clear that we must take administrative steps that are strengthened for the security effort, including: Preventing the entry of sincere people to the commercial exchange area except for those who have an official vacation by the General Administration of Mark and after passing the special session to prevent chaos and confusion in the presence of dozens of unofficially loyal people inside the outlets.”
And he stated that “firm measures have been taken regarding the entry of goods and construction materials (exempted into Georgia), which are exempted according to official books issued by government departments, including investment projects, and that 60% of the entry of these goods is exempt and they are originally sold in the commercial market and do not go to projects, as Most of the investment projects are suspended and articles are entered in the name of the investment license, and this is a circumvention of the law, and the governorates must support exclusively all the materials that enter the name of those projects in order to prevent corruption and an increase in the imports of outlets.
He continued, "It also requires activating the Military Mark's work, which is one of its tasks to accompany the exempted goods to the places of the projects that go to them and to ensure that they enter for the purpose of those projects."
The governor affirmed, "We are dealing firmly and according to the law to restore the prestige of the state in the campus of the border port and all that enters and exits the country and what accompanies the commercial exchanges in all its details ... and ensuring the safety and smoothness of legal procedures and ending the state of dissolution and sedation that marred the border outlets for the past years."

The information / Baghdad
, a member of the Al-Fateh Alliance, MP Walid Abboud, called on the government, on Friday, to deal according to a fair standard in the distribution of wealth among all Iraqi provinces.
Abboud said in an interview with "the information", "The government announced a project to confront the evils of the border crossings and address the curvature in them in order to maximize the water resources to face the distress that has afflicted the country for months, but the project must be inclusive of all border ports, including those in Kurdistan, according to the mechanisms." Their meeting between Baghdad and Erbil depends on the interests of the homeland and the citizen, regardless of national affiliation.
Abboud added, "The distribution of wealth among the provinces is a priority, as it is not fair that Diyala governorate grants full collection for all activities and others do not give anything, and they are dealt with in the financial allocation, as some pointing to the need to adopt the standard of justice, especially since there are governorates in which poverty rates are very severe."
And still all border crossings in Kurdistan outside the control of the federal government, especially as some of them are informal and pose a threat to the national economy
