In the document .. He ordered the appointment of Al-Araji as a national security adviser ... and revealed the reason for his late receipt of the position

{Baghdad: Al Furat News} A Diwani order was issued by the office of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, assigned to Qassem Al-Araji, as an adviser to National Security.

According to the Diwani Order, {Euphrates News Agency obtained a copy of it, “based on the requirements of the public interest, and based on the approval of the Prime Minister in accordance with the powers conferred upon him by the constitution and the dissolved Coalition Provisional Authority Order No. 68 of 2004 decides the following:
First: End the mandate Faleh Faisal Al-Fayyad is among the duties of the National Security Adviser.
Secondly, he appointed {Qasim Muhammad Jalal Al-Araji} as a national security adviser.
It is noteworthy that the Diwaniyah order issued on July 4 confirmed the implementation of this order {appointing Al-Araji} starting from the date of its issuance, but until Al-Araji did not receive the position.
A source familiar with {the Euphrates News} revealed that “the reason for Araji’s failure to receive his new position is that he is still a member of the House of Representatives and until now his resignation procedures and approval by the Presidency of the Council have not ended” because the law prohibits the gathering of a deputy for more than one position.
