Member of Parliamentary Finance Committee Mohamed Al-Daradji confirmed on Friday that the implementation of the job number system requires all ministries to take the fingerprints of all their employees and issue a fixed-number card. This step comes to eliminate the issue of double salaries and close the most important gates of corruption that have brought the country to the edge of the abyss and drained all the money Unjustly.

Daraji said in a statement, "Gilgamesh Press" received a copy of it, "This system sets a fixed number for every employee in the Iraqi state that cannot be tampered with even after his death and its work is similar to the national card because it includes all the employee's data from his appointment to his retirement."

He added, "The Ministry of Planning and Finance can do this, but there are some obstacles that face its work, and it is some weak souls from the forbidden eating."

Parliamentary Legal: Two thousand employees appointed by illegal methods in the Integrity Committee

pAmeRG7Az4AgfFahUqK_qesGK9QYR6-IFNLQUVig

10th July, 2020

Member of the Parliamentary Law Committee, Hussein Al-Aqabi, confirmed on Friday the appointment of 2,000 employees by illegal methods to the Integrity Committee.

Al-Aqabi said, "Corruption in the state has two aspects. The first is the political will of the ruling powers, the extent of their seriousness in fighting corruption, and the other side the government system and its capacity with legal loopholes and inefficient human resources to manage corruption files."

Al-Oqabi added that "the Integrity Committee has more than two thousand employees who were appointed by illegitimate methods, without production, which caused the committee's inability, in addition to the absence of the legal contracting law, especially as it opens the door for exceptions that have a great scope for corruption."

He continued that "the Office of Legal Oversight and the authority to investigate corruption files has no basis for administrative investigation or judicial powers to investigate," stressing that "administrative control is compatible with the work of the executive branch, especially since it is better than the control of the House of Representatives."

Parliamentary Investment: Supporting economic reform depends on activating the agricultural and industrial initiative

The Parliamentary Economic and Investment Committee confirmed today, Friday, that support for economic reform and development depends on activating the agricultural and industrial initiative.

Member of the Committee, MP Ali Saadoun Al-Lami, told the Iraqi News Agency, "Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi is called to reform the economic system and support development in the country by supporting the agricultural and industrial sectors," noting that "this support is through activating the agricultural and industrial initiative."

Al-Lami added that “activating the agricultural and industrial initiative is through monitoring funds from the central bank and facilitating the procedures for payment of loans and advances to investors in the industrial and agricultural sectors to accomplish investment projects and contribute to filling the shortfall in the budget, as well as absorbing unemployment”, indicating that “this procedure needs take several steps, the most important of which is closing the borders to support local agricultural and industrial products.” He continued that "there are many factories and factories that must be reconsidered to support investors and instead of importing products with hundreds of billions of dollars, Iraq will be its factory, and no currency will go abroad," stressing that "going abroad increases unemployment within the country."

Al-Lami indicated that “the Parliamentary Economic and Investment Committee during its last meeting with the Prime Minister made important recommendations regarding the support and movement of the economy and economic development in the country, regulating the investor’s movement, and bringing back capital to Iraq,” noting that “the Prime Minister emphasized that he will discuss the matter with the counselors for the study and he will take these recommendations. The Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, had previously discussed with the Parliamentary Committee on Economy and Investment, the forthcoming reforms paper to face the challenges facing the country, which was prepared by the Council of Ministers, and included economic, financial and administrative reforms, plans and strategies to meet the challenges facing the country.

NATO: The courage of the Iraqi forces made the whole world safer after the elimination of ISIS

The commander of the NATO mission in Iraq, Major General Jenny Karenyan, confirmed on Saturday that the Iraqi forces achieved a victory that contributed to making the whole world more secure, noting that the talk about replacing us with the international coalition forces is absolutely incorrect and the coalition has a mission that differs from us.

"The victory and courage of the Iraqi forces made the whole world more secure after the elimination of ISIS," Karenian said in a televised interview, followed by "The Information."

She added, "NATO is not on a combat mission at all and its presence is limited to sharing its experiences with the Iraqi army, and it is continuing to train Iraqi forces."

She explained that "the talk about replacing us with the international coalition forces is absolutely incorrect and the coalition has a mission that differs from us," noting that "the Iraqi forces are moving in the right direction and are continuing to rely entirely on their own capabilities."
