The official does not touch .. Deputy: the influential parties built empires immune to the law

Deputy Alia Nassif confirmed, on Monday, that the influential political parties built empires immune to the law, while indicating that the official is immune and the sanctions extend to those without him.

Nassif said in an interview with {Euphrates News} that "the official is immune in relation to financial and administrative matters and the sanctions extend to those without the official," noting that "the wrong establishment of the political process led to parties engaging in quotas and sharing the spoils." Nassif added that "the parties were talking about economics lightly and today began to announce their economies clearly and those responsible for the economy have become well known," stressing that "this indulgence made them immune to the law." Nassif continued,
"Many of the files, such as oil and ports, the central bank or banks and the Internet, are political fronts for the powerful parties and built empires immune to the law, and therefore the implementation of the law is weak against them."

Regarding the Federal Court Law, Nassif indicated that
"it is assumed that the Federal Court Law will be enacted that can solve many outstanding issues such as the oil and gas law and the differences between the region and the center and between the provinces or the laws issued by Parliament."
And she added that "the Federal Court, according to the Bremer Law, has become a source of weakness in the Iraqi state," noting that "we went to restore the error committed by the Federal Court by canceling a article related to the mechanism of nominating an alternative from the members of the court because today the Federal Court is suspended because of this paragraph that made it incomplete quorum."  He pointed out that it "collected 50 signatures of parliament to amend the law of the Federal Court, " asserting that it "submitted a request to the President of Parliament for the inclusion of the amendment on the agenda of future meetings of the parliament".

Iranian report sharply attacks Al-Kazemi's moves, describing them as "mysterious" and "suspicious"

%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%83%D8%A7%D8%B8%D9%85%D9%8A.jpeg

6th July, 2020

An Iranian press report, today, Monday, described the measures taken by Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi regarding security and administrative changes as "perplexing puzzles."

Said a report published by the Mehr news agency affiliated to the media Islamic, seen by the agency Twilight News "when the Shiite majority agreed to appoint Mustafa Kazmi as prime minister, there was a glimmer of hope that the tasks entrusted to him in various political, economic and security fields with all edema and conscience and sincerity, go by boat Iraq to safety, stability, peace and tranquility, "afterthought" the recent developments that have occurred in Iraq show that what happened in Iraq is far from what was expected of him."

She said the Iranian agency "was one of the most important priorities Kazmi pave the way for early parliamentary elections, but this has also been ignored, and did not take any steps during his tenure, as if he intended to remain prime minister until the end of the mandate of the parliament, the current" Mrdvh "of" clear that the Prime Minister Iraqi Mustafa Kazmi has been around all priorities and put other issues on top priority, and among the issues that Kazmi seeks to achieve is to put obstacles in front of the popular crowd; Letting the American forces move comfortably in Iraq without pressure, and making vague and suspicious changes to the Iraqi security architecture."

The agency criticized the appointments in the Iraqi security joints, saying that Abdul-Ghani Al-Asadi was a former member of Saddam's brutal regime and was unofficially expelled and officially retired by former Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi about two years ago, "more" and based on the foregoing, the situation a person with this record at the top of the Iraqi National Security Service’s hierarchy can contain various messages, without a doubt aimed at pleasing the Americans. At the same time, removing Faleh al-Fayyad from his position as National Security Adviser is another measure of al-Kazemi’s other suspicious work.”

"Moreover, it should be added to the record of his failures not to take a stand against the humiliating act of the Saudi newspaper Al-Sharq Al-Awsat, for insulting the Supreme Shiite authority in Iraq," Ayatollah Sistani, "despite the condemnation of many Iraqi and non-Iraqi figures for the Saudi move, but Al-Kazemi refused until now, a tough stance has been taken against the newspaper, “synonymous” in general, when we collect parts of this puzzle about Mustafa Al-Kazimi's performance, we find that the Iraqi Prime Minister had a hidden role in the sabotage movements aimed at shifting Iraqi priorities to meet American demands.

Iraqi official: Al-Kazemi's advisors review Abdul-Mahdi's agreements with Iran

1593943796_gettyimages-1129910784.jpg

5th July, 2020

An Iraqi official in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in Baghdad revealed that a number of advisers to Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi are in the process of reviewing agreements concluded by former Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi with the Iranian side during the visit of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani to Baghdad in March last year. It was considered harmful to Iraq financially and economically, and it was signed in circumstances and airspace considered political

Among these agreements is the abolition of visa fees that have deprived Iraq of about $ 250 million annually, from fees for entering about 3.5 million Iranian religious tourists to holy cities in Iraq, and agreements related to commercial exchange, and the establishment of joint industrial cities and areas of trade on the borders, which economists find Specialized that it will ultimately lead, if established, to significant damage to the national product, especially with the collapse of the Iranian currency, the low prices of its products exported to Iraq, as well as other understandings made during Rouhani's visit to Iraq after a period of Abdul-Mahdi’s assumption of the government

According to the official, who asked not to be named, the Prime Minister may actually be going to cancel or suspend the work of a number of these agreements, or request a review of them again. He pointed out that some of those agreements are illogical, as if they are donations without compensation, such as the abolition of fees and the establishment of industrial parks and commercial exchange areas, so what Iraq exports does not exceed one percent of the total of what it imports from Iran

However, the same official suggested that he would proceed on the subject of the two agreements to demarcate the Shatt al-Arab water on the Taluk Line, as well as the joint oil fields, especially Fakka and eastern Basra. He considered that the Corona pandemic, the closure of the borders between the two countries, and the financial crisis in Iraq and Iran would be an appropriate opportunity to rearrange the priorities of Baghdad in the coming period, with regard to the 22 agreements concluded by Abdul Mahdi with the Iranians, as part of it was passed under political pressure, or compliments, such as an agreement Annulling the entry fee for millions of Iranians annually to Iraq

The armed factions affiliated with the “Popular Mobilization”, as well as the “Al-Fath” and “State of Law” coalitions, led by Hadi al-Amiri and Nuri al-Maliki, during the period of Adel Abdul-Mahdi’s government, which submitted their resignation in December last year, were supported by popular protests That exploded in the south and center of the country, the conclusion of these agreements, which came in conjunction with the Saudi failure to open up to Iraq, in a move that it considered to be supported by the United States.  Among the agreements that were signed during Rouhani's visit to Baghdad last March were the demarcation of the Shatt al-Arab, after its clean-up from both sides and the adoption of the Taluk line (the middle of the river) in the demarcation, and the joint oil fields agreement between the two countries, the agreement to establish the Tehran-Damascus road through Iraq, and agreements A different trade was known as commercial exchange, in addition to canceling entry visas and fees amounting to $ 40 for every Iranian, which deprived Iraq of about $ 250 million annually, as the proceeds of religious tourism for tombs in Najaf and Karbala

A member of the "Iraqi Forces" coalition, Rep. Raad Dahlaki, said that "among Al-Kazemi's tasks is to review many vague agreements, which are not clear to the Iraqi parliament on the one hand and the people and the masses rising up on the other hand, concluded in the previous government, perhaps the most prominent of which are the energy agreements between Iraq and Iran, including Iranian electricity is not similar to what is stipulated in the agreement between the two countries, as electricity still does not meet the needs of citizens."He pointed out, "The issue is also related to the agreements between Iraq and Turkey and what is related to maintaining security. This matter exposes Iraq to loss of lives and funds annually due to the continuation of military operations in the north of the country. These agreements need a new study, in addition to the relationship between Baghdad and Washington, which must They are within known controls of the two parties, and that no party exceeds the permissible limits

And he considered that "Al-Kazemi should have a clear vision regarding the steps, projects, agreements and deals concluded by the previous Iraqi governments, which are full of mistakes, inaccuracies and corruption." It is known. This does not mean supporting Al-Kazemi personally, but rather supporting the governmental movement to build a strong Iraqi state and a respectable political process that enjoys the confidence of the Iraqis

For his part, Ali Al-Badiri, a member of the "Iraqis" coalition, which is a new political alliance supporting the Al-Kazemi government, indicated that "there are Iraqi agreements and transactions that took place in previous years with other countries, some of which need to be reconsidered and a new understanding of the contexts of its provisions, according to new data. And the economic situation in Iraq." As for Parliament, he indicated, in an interview with the "New Arab", that "Parliamentary committees are preparing in the coming weeks to start with a series of readings of previous agreements, some of which have harmed Iraq, and others that need amendments, as they are within the powers of the House of Representatives, and some may be reconsidered." And there is no approval for it

US report describes al-Hashemi's assassination as a "huge loss in the war on terror"

1594080776__113263533_image.jpg

7th July, 2020

A report published by the Washington Post on Tuesday described the assassination of Iraqi political analyst and security expert Hisham al-Hashemi as a "huge loss in the war on terror."

The newspaper said in its report that al-Hashemi "is considered one of the most prominent international experts of the Islamic State, and has many important researches in this regard, and has made significant contributions to the Iraqi government."

The report said that al-Hashemi has been a prominent target of armed militias since the time of Adel Abdul Mahdi's presidency of the Iraqi government. The report accused those militias of killing Hashemi, describing what happened as an assassination plan that is going slowly and targeting anyone who criticizes Iran.

The brother of the well-known security expert Hisham al-Hashemi said on Tuesday that the latter had received threats of physical liquidation from ISIS. This came in an interview with Al-Hashemi's brother, among a group of mourners, who accused the organization of masterminding the assassination of the security expert. Hisham al-Hashemi's brother said that the latter informed the family, and before his assassination, he had received threats from the extremist organization.

A funeral procession is underway for Al-Hashemi’s burial of his last shelter after he was assassinated yesterday in front of his house in Al-Zayouna district in the capital Baghdad. This has not been announced until the time of writing the news any party responsible for the killing of Hashemi, who was condemned at the regional and international levels.

Hisham al-Hashemi, 47, is an expert on armed groups, and is a writer with numerous strategic studies. In a statement, the Prime Minister and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, Mustafa al-Kazimi, vowed to pursue those involved in the assassination of al-Hashemi. He said they are "an outlaw group."

Why did the treacherous bullet kidnapped Hisham Al-Hashemi specifically?

%D9%87%D8%B4%D8%A7%D9%85-%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%87%D8%A7%D8%B4%D9%85%D9%8A.jpg

7th July, 2020

The hand of treachery that extended to the Iraqi researcher Hisham Al-Hashemi wanted to silence his mind, which he harnessed to serve Iraq, and his research that he put at the service of knowledge and awareness of the dangers of terrorism, corruption and sectarianism.

Perhaps it is not an exaggeration to say that Hisham Al-Hashimi was like a counterpart Iraqi battalion that contributed to exposing and exposing terrorist organizations, with his mind and information, when he remained for years while terrorism was killing his Iraqi brothers. A parallel line The Iraqi armed forces, the Peshmerga and the Popular Mobilization were fighting their field battles.  How and no, and the incident of his assassination drew a strong condemnation from inside and outside.

Hashem al-Hashemi, born in 1973 in Baghdad, was a striking force with his experience and analyzes that contributed to raising awareness in a country that is intended to be drowned in ignorance and death, and here lies his strength, as well as the leanness of the bullets that the assassins shot him near his house in Baghdad.

Hashemi has specialized, as a historian and researcher in security and strategic affairs and extremist groups, and was one of the most prominent specialists in the ISIS file and its supporters, and he is a close follower of the Iraqi Islamic groups since 1997, he has been treated in achieving the jurisprudent and modern manuscripts, although his academic achievement is Bachelor of Administration and Economy - Statistics Department. He also excelled at putting a finger on the Iraqi wound. In his last tweet on Twitter, Al-Hashemi wrote hours before his assassination:

Iraqi divisions were confirmed by: 1- Define the quotas that the occupation brought to be “Shi’ites, Sunnis, Kurds, Turkmen, minorities,” 2- The dominant parties (Shi’ite, Sunni, Kurdish, Turkmen…) that wanted to confirm their gains through division, 3- Religious parties that replaced sectarian party competition.

Hashemi did not know the same sectarian or doctrinal, through his local and foreign media outlooks, or through its articles published on Shafaq News on the one hand, or the enlightened readings that the agency used. It was balanced to the extent required by the researcher's professionalism and independence. Perhaps for this, too, a treacherous bullet extended to him to silence him to overcome the voices of discord and division.

Al-Hashemi was arrested and sentenced to imprisonment by Saddam Hussein's regime. He was released from prison in 2002, and after 2003 he went to work in the press and began participating in writing reports and documents with foreign newspapers and channels.

In addition, he was writing a blog about the map of armed groups in Iraq, and he was never a member of extremist groups, especially Ansar al-Islam, al-Qaeda, its affiliates, and ISIS.

Extremist groups judge Hashemi by various provisions, including apostasy and employment, because of his anti-attitudes. Al-Hashemi is the first to unveil the leadership of ISIS in both Iraq and Syria, where he disclosed names and information related to the leaders of the organization and their work mechanism. During his funeral today, his brother revealed that the ISIS gang had threatened Hisham al-Hashemi with death.

Also yesterday, Al-Hashemi wrote, singing, "Between prestige and sovereignty, the rights, blood and dignity of the Iraqis were lost, and their money went into the pockets of corrupt politicians."

Of course, such positions of al-Hashemi have created many enemies for him and from all walks of life in an environment that has not yet become accustomed to tolerating a different opinion, even if it is peaceful and patriotic as a whole, such as al-Hashemi’s words, and allows itself to assassinate him, while the large number of “his enemies” contributes to “wasting” his blood between Tribes, the real culprit is not known even if the shooter knew.

US condemns brutal killing of Iraqi expert Husham Al Hashimi

The US condemned on Wednesday the brutal assassination of Iraqi academic Husham Al Hashimi and called on the government to bring his perpetrators to justice.

Mr Al Hashimi, who advised the government on security matters was gunned down by two unknown men in front of his house in Baghdad on Monday.

“Iraq tragically lost a patriot, prominent scholar and journalist, Husham Al Hashimi, who devoted his life to a free and sovereign Iraq and gave voice to the aspirations of the Iraqi people,” US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said during a press conference.

A peaceful protest was held on Tuesday evening in Baghdad's Tahrir square in honour of Mr Al Hashimi's life as Iraqis and international colleagues mourned his loss.

Protesters held signs reading "they assassinated the voice of truth with a fake bullet" and videos circulated on social media of TukTuk drivers beeping outside his home in a show of solidarity and support.

The killing has triggered fears that Iraq could enter a dark and violent new phase, as tensions worsen between pro-Iranian factions and the government of Prime Minister Mustafa Al Kadhimi.

In the days leading up to the assassination, Mr Al Hashimi was repeatedly threatened by Iran-backed armed groups, Mr Pompeo said. He called on the government of Iraq to “bring to justice the perpetrators of this terrible crime and bring them swiftly to justice.”

The US embassy in Baghdad said in a Facebook post that it was "deeply shocked and saddened by the cowardly murder" and offered "deepest condolences to his family and to the people of Iraq for the tragic loss of this Iraqi national treasure."

Mr Al Hashimi’s killing has sparked widespread outrage. The UN, foreign governments and Iraqi leaders have all condemned his assassination and urged the prime minister to hold the culprits to account.
