U.S. President Donald Trump has said he is ready for another summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

This came despite Pyongyang's repeated announcement that it does not intend to hold talks with the United States. "I understand that they want to meet, and we will definitely do it," Trump said in an interview with the "Greta van Sostren" program. "I will do it if I think it will be useful," Trump was quoted as saying.

Asked if he thought such a meeting would be beneficial, Trump said: "Maybe. I have a very good relationship with him, (so) he might be useful."

Trump and Kim have met three times, since their first summit in June 2018, where they agreed to work for a denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, in exchange for security guarantees for Pyongyang.

US Deputy Secretary of State Stephen Biegun, who is on a visit to South Korea, today, Wednesday, responded to North Korea's statements to stop talks with Washington.

"Washington has not requested a meeting with North Korean officials, and the negotiations between the two countries are stalled," said Biegun.

Biegun, who is also the US special envoy to North Korea, is on a four-day trip between Seoul and Tokyo to discuss Pyongyang's nuclear disarmament  "I read the comments in the newspapers indicating that the North Koreans are not ready to meet me during this visit," Biegun told reporters at the end of a meeting with his South Korean counterpart. He explained that "America will be ready at any moment to resume negotiations." According to the agency, "Agence France Presse

This visit has sparked rumors in South Korea that Washington wants to revive diplomatic relations with Pyongyang before the US presidential elections on the third of November, despite the North reiterating more than once that it has no need to negotiate with the Americans

It is noteworthy that negotiations related to North Korean nuclear disarmament have been stalled since the collapse of the second summit between North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and US President Donald Trump in February 2019 in Hanoi

Pyongyang has stressed more than once that it does not want to continue talks with Washington unless the United States retracts its "hostile" policy

Baghdad - people

US media reported that US President Donald Trump confirmed his Secretary of State Mike Pompeo statements that his country is studying the possibility of banning the implementation of the Chinese "Tik Tok" in the country.

The remarks of the American President came in a television interview, followed by "Nass" (July 8, 2020). He was asked to comment on Pompeo's statement in this regard to answer, saying "Yes, we are thinking about the application ban."

"This is a big business, listen, what happened to China and this virus and what they did to this country and the whole world is disgraceful," he added.

Trump noted that banning this application is one of several measures that can be taken against China, due to the outbreak of the "Corona" virus.

This, and China has repeatedly denied US accusations that it caused the spread of the virus and to hide the facts about it.

The US Secretary of State had stated earlier that his country is considering banning Chinese social media applications, including the "tic-tok" application.

Pompeo said in an interview with "Fox News": "I do not want to anticipate the President (Donald Trump), but it is something we are studying."

Rouhani: America's pressure aims to create problems for Tehran in the field of foreign exchange

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani confirmed, Thursday, that the pressures of America and enemies aim to create problems for Tehran in the field of foreign exchange.

In a ceremony marking the launch of industrial and mining projects in several Iranian provinces today, Rouhani pointed out the possibility of thwarting the American conspiracy through a comprehensive activation of the production sector and exports. Stressing that all government efforts are focused on overcoming obstacles to production.

He explained that the imbalance of the exchange rate is due to two main problems, the first is the closure of the border outlets in the past three months (due to Corona), which is gradually opening, as this has led to a halt in exports and the effects of that are being witnessed now, and the second is that some exporters have not recovered their foreign exchange earnings on time. And estimated by the Central Bank of 20 billion euros.

Rouhani stressed that Iran aims to export 41 billion dollars of non-oil goods in the current fiscal year until 20 March 2021, and that the flow of this liquidity will cover all imports and raw materials for factories.

8th July 2020

Iranian Health Minister Saeed Nimky warned of what he called the outbreak of a "hungry" uprising as a result of the deterioration of living conditions in light of the outbreak of the Corona virus.

Speaking to him during a meeting with the Corona Combat Command Council in the capital, Tehran, Nmake said that the ministry is concerned with health affairs for 31 Iranian provinces, of which 21 are located under the red line, noting that the ministry is concerned with health affairs, but the government requires it to take care of the people's living side.

He added that food security is a serious issue and it is possible that the hungry will rise in Iran.

In a criticism of the speech of the President of the Republic, Hassan Rouhani, that took place previously between the two sides, the minister said that "instead of reassuring me and asking me to take care of health conditions, he is one of our core duty telling me to take care of living instead."

A report on the "Times of India" website, followed by "NAS" (July 5, 2020), said that "the application may face heavy losses in excess of $ 6 billion, after the hackers posted a tweet on Twitter, I warned all users of the Chinese application, and asked them to delete it" From their phones to preserve their data.

Strong explosions, west of Tehran, in a fourth such event within days

1594337979_echlqxrwsa4jrye.jpg

10th July 2020

Strong explosions hit western Tehran late Thursday night, according to Iranian media and activists.

The Iranian Broadcasting Corporation confirmed that an explosion was heard in western Tehran, but it did not provide any additional information about the cause of the explosion, and did not say if there were any victims.

For its part, the local “Mehr” news agency reported that an explosion was heard in the “Quds” and “Shahryar” areas, west of Tehran.

Iranian television “From Lotto” said, through his account on “Twitter”, that there was talk of several explosions, noting that one of them “was very loud.” The opposition TV added that the explosions “may be linked to nearby military barracks,” indicating a blackout in western Tehran.

Iranian activists are circulating on the communication sites, news that an explosion occurred in one of the warehouses of the Quds Force, of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.

An Iranian journalist, on her Twitter account, quoted local sources as saying that “Imam Hassan Mujtaba’s base, affiliated with the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, was targeted,” while another journalist said that the sound of the explosion “came from an air base of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards.”

The country has witnessed several explosions around military, nuclear and industrial facilities during the past period. Last Tuesday, Iranian News Agency reported that two people were killed in an explosion south of Tehran. Last Thursday, a fire broke out in a building at the Iranian Natanz facility, the center of the country's uranium enrichment program, and the authorities acknowledged that the attack had caused serious damage.

Also last week, 19 people were killed in an explosion at a medical facility north of Tehran, which an official said was caused by a gas leak. On June 26, an explosion took place east of Tehran near the Parchin military base, and authorities said the cause of the explosion had leaked from a gas facility in an area outside the base.

Iran threatens to retaliate if external elements were found to be involved in the "Natanz" explosion

%D9%86%D8%B8%D9%86%D8%B2.jpeg

10th July, 2020

Iran announced today, Friday, that if it was proven that foreign elements were involved in the explosion of the "Natanz" nuclear facility, it would have repercussions, while noting that he would announce the cause of the explosion after completing the investigation.

The Iranian authorities had recently reported an accident in one of the buildings of the Natanz nuclear plant, confirming that it resulted in damage to the building without any casualties. "If a foreign component is found to detonate Natanz, we will announce it, and the matter will have consequences in this case," Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Abbas Mousavi said in a press statement today in the central province of Isfahan.

Mousavi added, "The goal of the media out of the bombing of the Natanz facility for the Israeli entity is to help this entity polish its image and impose its hegemony." He continued, "We are awaiting the security services to collect details and causes of the explosion until it is announced," noting that it is too early to judge the cause of the explosion.

As news conflicting about who carried out the attack, Iranian civil defense chief, Ghulam Reza Jalali, confirmed last Friday that Tehran does not rule out sabotage by opposition groups or a cyber attack by America and Israel in the explosion of the "Natanz" nuclear facility.

The Persian BBC TV reported that a group calling itself the “Nimr Al-Watan” sent a statement to the channel’s journalists, in which it adopted the accident of the “Natanz” facility to enrich uranium in Isfahan province, central Iran, claiming that the members of the group are permeated in the devices Iranian security.

The North Korean authorities issue a "strange" order to their soldiers

The North Korean authorities issue a "strange" order to their soldiers

7/11/2020 15:54:27

The North Korean authorities have ordered their soldiers to start raising at least 15 rabbits, according to a report by the DailyNK website, which specializes in Korean affairs.

The guidance issued by the Korean People's Army, which dates back to last month, calls for soldiers and their families to raise more rabbits, to provide their own food source. The military's political bureau considered that the matter is a way to boost the country's meat supply in an inexpensive way, and that it falls within the recommendations of leader Kim Jong Un calling for expansion of herbivores, according to the newspaper "New York Post".

The order emphasized that the response of the soldiers with regard to raising rabbits will be evaluated before the end of August. And the website "Daily NK" quoted a source as saying that the new decision will add more burdens to the North Korean soldiers who started earlier this month a series of intensive military exercises, as they will have to take care of the rabbits along with their other military duties. Another source said to the Korean site, that the decision undoubtedly confirms that the North Koreans are suffering a major food crisis, so the government took a proactive step, calling for a focus on animal husbandry.

Trump announces America's involvement in something that will happen in Venezuela

%D8%AA%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%85%D8%A8-696x364.j

17:57 - 11/07/2020

US President Donald Trump said today, Saturday, that there is "a big event ahead in Venezuela," stressing that "America will be involved in it."

"Something will happen in Venezuela and America that will participate to a large extent," Trump said, in an interview with "Nutisias Telemundo", pledging "to care for the people of Venezuela, support anyone who is elected and supports the people as their leader."

When asked if the event was related to Juan, opposition leader Juan Guaido, the mother of Venezuelan President Nicholas Maduro, or with American interference, Trump replied, “It is freedom for the people of Venezuela. It is freedom. Venezuela was a rich country 15 years ago, and it was destroyed by two people. Its regime is terrible ... something will happen with Venezuela. This is all I can tell you." Then the host asked him again: "Through the United States?" To be answered: "We will be very involved."

This comes, days after the Venezuelan President, Nicholas Maduro, made adjustments to the senior leadership level of the Venezuelan Army, Navy, and Air Force. "I have decided, as usual, to partially prove and partially renew the exceptional team of military commanders who take over the senior military leadership of Venezuela," Maduro said at a military graduation ceremony in Caracas.

Last week, Venezuela celebrated the anniversary of independence, and Maduro denounced the US policy towards Caracas, stressing that it was increasing its aggression during the Coruna epidemic. He said, "The American administration not only stepped up the criminal sanctions that affected food and fuel, but rather came to deny the Venezuelans access to medicines and medical equipment during the outbreak of the epidemic."

An American court obliges Iran to receive major compensation for an attack in Saudi Arabia

%D8%AE%D8%A7%D9%85%D9%86%D9%8A-%D9%8A.jpg

11th July, 2020

A US court issued a decision obligating Iran to pay $ 879 million in compensation to the victims of the 1996 bombing of the US forces in the Saudi city of Khobar

The bombing occurred 24 years ago, in which 19 Americans were killed and more than 300 wounded

According to the agency, "Agence France Presse", the resolution blamed Tehran for the bombing that killed and wounded hundreds of US Air Force personnel

Judge Beryl Howell, his chief judge in the Washington Federal District Court, cited previous evidence in its decision that promised that Iran “assisted Hezbollah in carrying out a violent and horrific attack that killed 19 people and wounded hundreds.  In its July 2 ruling, announced on Friday, the judge ordered payment of compensation to 14 US soldiers wounded in the attack, as well as 21 family members

For its part, the administration of US President Donald Trump welcomed the judgment on Iran, despite Tehran's denial of its involvement in the bombing and its refusal to pay any compensation

US State Department spokesperson Morgan Ortigas   usually welcomed the ruling, saying he had done justice to "many of the victims of Iran-backed terrorism

It is noteworthy that the finger of blame for the bombing was directed at the Saudi "Hezbollah", which is a group of the Shiite minority in the Kingdom

The attack was carried out by a truck loaded with explosives, which was detonated near the eight-story Khobar Towers complex, where Saudi and Western forces were stationed

The State Department Warns Iran Against Continuing To support Militant Rogue Groups

news-120720-iran.jpg

12th July, 2020

US State Department Adviser on Iranian Affairs Mike Bell accused the regime in Iran of continuing to provide its "rogue groups" with weapons and missiles in Yemen, Lebanon and Iraq.

In an interview with the London-based newspaper, Asharq Al-Awsat, Bill said, "We have seen the Iranians violate the embargo for more than a decade, whether by deploying bombs or planting mines, delivering ballistic missiles to Yemen or Iraq, and deploying weapons for the purpose of combating ISIS." But it is clear that the goals are different, as they target American and coalition forces, and it is also clear that Iran has different goals, and from it it is announced that they want to expel the United States from the region, and also destabilize neighboring countries and European countries.

He added, “It certainly is not in Iran's interest to have a stable and peaceful Afghanistan. She wants to sabotage the matter, and this is fixed in her ideology as part of her campaign in the region to prolong the conflicts and intensify the episodes of violence, to ensure that international efforts, whether in Afghanistan or Yemen, are always blown up by this cycle of violence. Hence, the international community should be worried about This is, because we continue to see all the international efforts being blown up by this pumping amount of weapons and money by the Revolutionary Guard's Quds Force through groups of agents, there are real Iranian efforts to try to prolong the cycle of violence and the suffering of the people in Yemen, Iraq, Syria or Lebanon.

And Bill continued, “During the past decade, under the cover of the nuclear agreement, the Iranian regime continued its malicious actions that included military assistance and operations in Syria, diplomatic solidarity, and support for military forces within countries, Hezbollah in Lebanon and Syria, Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad in Gaza, Houthi in Yemen, Hezbollah, the Hashd and other rogue organizations in Iraq, support for terrorist elements in Bahrain, operations targeting eastern Saudi Arabia, some groups in Pakistan.

And the US State Department’s advisor for Iranian affairs said, “The problem is that the signatories of the nuclear agreement with Iran turned a blind eye to all of Iran's activities, and from its financing of what it calls the axis of resistance between Shiite groups, which poses greater dangers to the countries of the region, more than it did five years ago. Years, therefore, the proposal for peace and stability in the region is now more difficult to achieve than it was years ago.

He also said, “From here, the goals should be: The lifting of the ban that was put in place should have been on the basis of conditions related to the actions of the Iranian regime and not on the basis of timing, this is a weakness, so we reached the timing of the timing and the conditions are much worse than the moment that was issued It has a ban.”

The State Department advisor declined to comment on the sarcastic statement of the Russian ambassador to the United Nations, which said that the campaign "The maximum pressure is like - literally - putting the knee on the Iranian neck" (as happened to George Floyd, an African American citizen who was recently killed with pressure on his neck from a leg A white American policeman) ”and said,“ I don't want to talk about this.”

12th July, 2020

A fire broke out today, Sunday, at a petrochemical complex in Khuzestan Province, southwestern Iran, according to a local news agency affiliated with the Radio and Television.

Since late June, Iran has witnessed a series of explosions and accidents involving military sites and nuclear and industrial plants, including targeting the Natanz nuclear plant.

"Iribnews" quoted the director of public relations at the Tindjoyan Petrochemical Complex, Hamid Kayayi, as saying that "a fire broke out at the PTA 2 plant of this complex due to a technical fault", denying that there were casualties due to the accident.

Kyayi explained that the fire "occurred due to the climatic conditions of the region (Khuzestan) in the summer and the high temperature these days, so the possibility of such accidents is very high." He stressed that "the situation has been controlled," adding that "the production of the Tandjoyan complex was not damaged or stopped and the complex is operating normally."

The petrochemical complex was established on April 26, 1998, in Khuzestan province, on an area of 34 hectares, to produce plastic products (PET) and terephthalic acid (PTA). In another incident, a spokesman for the fire brigade in the Iranian capital, Jalal Malaki, announced today, Sunday, that a fire had broken out at an electrical sub-station near the famous Tehran square, the famous Frodsi Square.

Melki said in statements to the government "Joan", "that a number of pieces of scrap metal were located on top of a sub-electrical station near Ferdowsi Square, causing the fire." He stressed that "firefighters went to the place and took control of the fire."
