Al-Kazemi's advisor reveals the government's plan to confront the most serious corruption cases and important information on the strategic dialogue

06/13 2020 23:45:52

Hisham Dawood, Special Adviser to the Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, Saturday, revealed the government's plan to confront the most severe corruption cases and the most prominent issues discussed in the strategic dialogue.

"Corruption exists in all state facilities and institutions, and there is a basic idea to go to confront blatant cases of corruption in clear sectors, perhaps in the coming days, it will be revealed on this subject," Dawood said, adding that "Al-Kazemi was elected from Parliament and has neither a political bloc nor a political party. He is under pressure from here and there, including skepticism and sometimes a veiled threat because of the fragmented public opinion."

He added that "Al-Kazemi when he agreed to tackle this task, the priorities were to be a crisis government and to prepare for early elections an electoral law and an independent life to supervise the elections and activate the law of parties and a fact-finding committee about what happened from October to the time he took office for the reasons of the victims falling during the demonstrations." "But as long as things continue, the problems multiplied and some were accumulated and others as a result of an exceptional situation that led to the addition of a financial and economic contract, as we were surprised by the escalation of the pace of Corona and our hospitals is not at the required and desired level," indicating "Al-Kazemi's government has officially 40 days and actually 10 days and was always threatened and obstacles Placed her down." He pointed out that "it is better to state that our current situation is difficult and the possibilities for success in it are not available from the beginning, and the methodology of the government was at the beginning of an institutional nature and the preparation of the country for early elections, as we are going through a deep crisis of trust between people and the government, violence was rampant and a large number of victims and on its margins appeared A health and economic crisis."

Dawood pointed out that "the government's data was affected by something of change. The health crisis accelerated the financial crisis, a major structural framework that put the country to the test," noting "Among the proposals to get out of the crisis are going to the state treasury, but it was empty and oil collapsed from 65 dollars to 15. A dollar is not enough to pay a small part of the employees’ salaries. These matters put the government directly and urgently in the face of immediate entitlements, and in this way, he assigned a specialized team to discuss the upcoming economic file." He added, "We have 6 and a half million employees and retired, which is a very large number of the economies of countries close to the Iraqi situation and we do not have an income for the state budget except oil. When we have all these data collapsing, then where do we get the money from?" And the suggestions that we go to international institutions as a first case and foreign countries to borrow a case Again, the internal banks are a third case, "noting that" the retired was not originally concerned with deduction; but they understood by mistake and happened to hurry to avoid delaying the payment of the salary distribution. "

And David said, "The government does not have a magic wand to overcome the salary crisis except through a collective participation to find solutions, and the applications came to those who receive high salaries from employees and small ones will not be affected by the cut, and within the next two days the Ministry of Finance will offer the details of the deduction," stressing "deduction of the income decision." Tax on employees," noting that "the government did not resort to the House of Representatives to implement the decision on taxation of employees, as there are decisions that do not need a parliament vote." He explained that "talk was about double salaries and sometimes they receive 5 salaries, including Rafha, the dissolved bodies, political prisoners, martyrs and the jihad struggle," stressing that "20,000 people received salaries within the dissolved agencies and all are low salaries," a synonym.

He noted, "The government is going to borrow from the central bank," adding, "What has not been reformed for decades can be reformed today, and we need financial reform, and there is no acceptable banking system, and corruption has become a system and economic starting possibilities that have become difficult. We have a huge amount of employees and annually come to the job market is 700,000 young people, and the government is not looking to open a door for wide employment because it will lead to the collapse of the state." Commenting on Al-Kazemi’s statement against the president of the National Coalition, Iyad Allawi, Daoud explained, “There is a kind of approach in Allawi’s talk of estimating Al-Kazemi’s government negatively and based on doubts at a time when the government was trying to find possible and required solutions, but we are in the context of the political controversy. He is a moderate and does not want to create opponents, and with this crisis he needs everyone, and Al-Kazemi has the right to defend his blast.

On the Iraqi-American dialogue and what was discussed and what will be discussed in it, the Special Adviser to the Prime Minister said, "We want respect for sovereignty and our decision is Iraqi and we have the right to establish relations with what we see appropriate from countries, and today came a time after the collapse of the terrorist ISIS and we have to drip this relationship with the United States as a country we aspire to develop Relations with it in all economic, cultural and service aspects."  "Within the Iraqi delegation, there is someone who defends the cultural file and other points. The American judiciary decided to return 10 thousand clay archaeological paintings to Iraq. As for the Jewish archive, it is for Iraq that it was transferred to the United States at some point and it was taken care of and we can recover it whenever we want; but We do not have a technique to preserve it, "he said, noting that "the government took into consideration the opinion of the religious authority, the House of Representatives and all political partners in the dialogue, and we are going to strengthen Iraqi capabilities. China is an important partner for Iraq and we are seeking to strengthen the relationship with it."

The Prime Minister’s advisor concluded his speech by saying, “The demonstrations started in October and started with legitimate demands {we want a homeland} What is the meaning of a law that applies to everyone and an opportunity for them to fair financial, political and symbolic distribution, there is a deep crisis and we have a deficit for 17 years.” Emphasizing “The government’s and Al-Kazemi’s understanding received many of them and there is a committee developed a list of names of the victims and the Committee of impartial fact - finding; so we say a little patience and we are in the right direction".

Allawi launches a gathering together to save Iraq and announce its goals

image.jpeg.9f39037b8b4fc6865ba9cd6266223176.jpeg

14th June, 2020

The former official in charge of forming the government, Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi, launched a gathering "Together to Save Iraq" on Sunday, while announcing his most important interlocutor.

Allawi said, in a statement received by / Mawazine News / a copy of it, that "Iraq must be one of the most advanced countries in the world, unfortunately this talk in our current situation is considered a form of imagination, and we are, on the contrary, heading towards a complete collapse, so how is the way to save the country.  He laid down a road map to the reality he deserves, a prosperous country, with security and peace and with services. " He added: "I will address three axes:

The first: What are the next risks that we will face in the coming months?

Second: Are there practical solutions to confront these risks?

Third: It is the most important question; How can you and I, as Iraqi citizens, move together to achieve what we want to save the country and set a road map to avoid these dangers and reach the country to the shore of peace?

We address the first axis:

What are the next risks that we will face in the coming months? Oil resources are much less than what the country needs as expenses for budgets and this has become a reality, as previous oil resources that used to meet budget requirements ended irreversibly; Reducing the pensions of employees and retirees is not a solution to the crisis, but will increase the suffering of citizens, especially retirees. Also, if the central bank reserve is used to cover pensions, this matter will postpone the crisis and it will not be a solution to it. It will be consumed during a simple period and this will lead to the collapse of the state and undermine the government and the country will spread chaos, and will lead to an increase in the suffering of the people for many years. Followed by corruption will not help Iraq by requesting grants or soft loans from the international community.

We address the second axis:

Are there practical solutions to address these risks?  We must move in a scientific, accurate and highly interested manner. The correct and effective movement to confront these risks is difficult and will not be effective unless it is done quickly and in a deliberate and very careful manner. The result that we want to reach is to make Iraq a rich, developed, and prosperous country with a broad economic base, diverse and multi-source, with little dependence on oil resources, where there is a possibility for Iraq to recover from what it is now and it is assumed that it will take its natural status as a developed and developed country that is no less than South Korea or Turkey, Malaysia, or even Japan, with its general and comprehensive capabilities, human and social capabilities and qualifications, wealth, natural resources, and distinct civilizational roots that are rooted in history. With regard to the central bank reserve, it must be invested and maximized, not amortized in unproductive areas such as payment of pensions; It must be invested in sectors that promote the economy and achieve prosperity and provide opportunities and fields of work for citizens. This requires the existence of an independent government that does not belong to the hegemony and quotas of parties that do not have economic visions to present narrow party and personal interests over the interest of the country and the citizen.

We address the third axis:

How can you and I, as Iraqi citizens, move together to achieve what we want to save the country and set a road map to avoid these risks and reach the country to the shore of peace? I had presented some solutions in the media and on my sites under the name (Is it possible to find a renaissance in the country through housing projects?) The second is a brief word on investment that was made more than two years ago under the name (the last opportunity to save the country from collapse), in front of this reality I feel it Ali and every citizen jealous of his homeland, as well as citizens of different specializations with whom the country abounds, are obliged to carry out specialized studies to advance the country in all fields.

I say to the Iraqi citizen who cares about the fate of his country, our movement must be a popular movement and our voice is one voice that monitors the work of the government and continues to provide practical solutions and put pressure on the government to achieve measures that are in the interest of the country and reject measures that violate his interest and support the government whenever its decision is in the interest of the country; Therefore, and based on this reality, we will call for the formation of a gathering by every citizen who loves his country and country, as well as who finds himself competent and able to provide the necessary consultations to the government in all disciplines.

This gathering will be from the citizens and to the citizens and it will be registered officially, so from this matter we will ask the honorable citizen as a first step to suggest a name for this gathering, and at a later stage the steps required to achieve our greatest goal (saving Iraq from its tragic reality for Iraq to be a developed country) will be clarified.

Jubouri opens fire on the commander in chief .. "Mosul destroyed in retaliation for the Iraq-Iran war"

mosul-7.jpg

14th June, 2020

Iraqi politician Mishaan al-Jubouri held today, Sunday, the commander-in-chief of the Iraqi armed forces in the year 2014 the responsibility for ISIS to take to Mosul, noting that he had issued orders to withdraw security forces from the city in retaliation for the Iraq-Iran war in the 1980s.

Al-Jubouri said in a series of tweets to him today on Twitter, “The decision’s motives to withdraw the forces responsible for protecting Mosul and leaving them to ISIS were to destroy the city in retaliation for its residents who did not provide him with the obligations of loyalty and obedience, and to satisfy a sectarian revenge doctrine against the background of its sons’ role in the war Iraqi-Iranian.

Al-Jubouri added, "When Mosul fell, I was an opponent ... Even those who were in the state administration or parliament from the Sunnis could not prevent the commander in chief from making the decision to smuggle ISIS from Abu Ghraib prison and the withdrawal of the forces responsible for protecting the cities that occupied the cities later due to the enjoyment of the sectarians." Majority in the House of Representatives and Ministers. "

When asked by one of his followers on the Twitter site, about "the moment ISIS entered and the behavior of some of the conductors," Jubouri considered it "was an emotional, ill-considered moment before they engaged in cooperation with the Abadi government to achieve liberation and victory."

Al-Jubouri pointed out that the people of "Mosul were ready to welcome those who rescued them from the injustice and the systematic and directed Gharawi forces passed even if the devil was," referring to the commander of Nineveh operations at the time Mahdi Al-Gharawi.

It is mentioned that the report prepared by an Iraqi parliamentary committee on the detection of those responsible for the fall of the city of Mosul in the hands of ISIS in June 2014 ended with holding former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and 35 officials responsible for the city's fall.
