 Al-Tamimi added that Parliament needs to vote on the constituency attachment because this appendix is part of Article / 18 / of this law, which postponed voting later on this appendix. Al-Tamimi indicated that the displaced can vote, as well as in Kirkuk, for the existence of the barometric election, which achieves justice in the elections.

The parliamentary legal committee revealed the most prominent laws to be discussed and passed by the House of Representatives in the coming days.
"The House of Representatives will discuss the laws referred in the coming days that deal with the economic and financial crisis and get out of it, as well as laws that deal with the federal revenue deficit," said Mp Hussein al-Asabi in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (AAA), on Saturday.
"The third phase of the passage of laws will include the Federal Court Act," he said, adding that "the retirement law is pending within the House of Representatives and can be read, in addition to the electoral law and the distribution of electoral districts."
Last Wednesday, the House of Representatives completed the first reading of the domestic and foreign borrowing bill to finance the fiscal deficit of 2020.
The council also voted on a resolution requiring the Iraqi government to send the 2020 budget law this month.
