Russia bypasses Saudi Arabia in supplying oil to China in April

The American Research and Development Foundation published the Rand Corporation's long study, which includes an assessment of the withdrawal of the United States forces from Iraq, and the strategic risks involved in making such a decision.

The study includes an evaluation of the options of the American military withdrawal from Iraq during the current year, within the framework of the declared political strategies of the United States and the objectives of its policies since 2005, and the study concluded that the support of a stable and friendly Iraq is in the interest of the United States continuing and long-term, and that this does not require Long term combat assistance mission in Iraq is required, but it requires maintaining a small force of military advisers to help train and develop Iraqi military capabilities so that Iraq can defend itself.

Options

The study concluded that all levels of withdrawal harm the efforts aimed at confronting Iran in Iraq and elsewhere, and that any partial withdrawal will provide some benefits to Tehran, while failure to withdraw will make it clear to Iran that the United States and the allied forces it leads will remain permanent and reliable partners. To the Iraqi government, and that Iranian pressure will not achieve the desired result, which is the American withdrawal.

Combat assistance

The authors of the study recommend that there be a careful choice between non-withdrawal and limited withdrawal. Either of the two options will help achieve the required policy which is the commitment to having a permanent consultant on a small scale.

Failure to withdraw sends a strong message that the United States will not fear any threat that might lead it to abandon a very clear military commitment to an allied country, and maintaining current troop levels will also prevent a reduction in combat capability against ISIS, and it will maximize American influence with the Iraqi security forces

The successive economic developments in the world made the United States the first economy globally, but today, many countries are trying to achieve economic power through controlling energy centers and keeping pace with the technological development that led the United States to take incorrect steps that lead the dollar to collapse sooner or later,  most notably The price of gold has risen dramatically and continuously, the US dollar continues to decline, and the end result of the dollar's increasing decline against the euro and gold will be the collapse of the dollar as a complete collapse, as many currencies before it have collapsed when conditions are prepared for it.
