Been using this for years.  Food grade hydrogen peroxide. 

 

Simple to use, effective and inexpensive.

This has been used for many years for a lot of health problems.

 

Government made it change from 35% to 12% food grade hydrogen peroxide because it was too beneficial.

 

Maintaince dose is 9 drops per 4 to 6 oz. of good water, 3 times a day.  Book has chart to follow for cure.

I just found my dad‘s book on hydrogen peroxide recipes. All his side of the family live close to 100 years old and we’re never sick. I’ve been wanting to start taking it.

For those who do not know about it:

 

2 cups of 35% H2O2 per 30 gallons of water in a bath tub. It will kill the molds, yeast, fungi, bacteria, and viruses that live in the skin folds that cause premature aging and wrinkling of the skin.One can soak in it for 20 - 30 minutes.

 

If your body is polluted, start off with 12 - 15 minutes as it will pull the toxins out and you may feel hung over at first.

 

It is great for hot tubs too, (naturally more is need - follow the directions.) I would stay away from chlorine. A little research will fill you in.

 

Apparently cancer has a tough time live in the presents of a well oxygenated body.

3 to 1. 35% it is 3 drops if 12% it is 9 drops. 35% 5 drops if 12% would be 15 drops. Hope this helps. That dosage is for maintaince. I have been taking of the 12% 18 drops 2 to 3 times a day. If it was 35% it would be 6 drops 3 times a day. This acts as a detoxifying remedy also for body. You may have to start slow and build up. Blessings
