People are resourceful,  fake ID's, fake certificates and breaking the rules  are just natural responses  to unnatural controls. Exhibit A - The prohibition ERA of US HISTORY.

Trying to keep track of the pandemic state of affairs is like trying to follow the storyline in a poorly written Keystone Cops script. The most obvious lack is any type of confidence or certainty about what is going on and how to position oneself in the pandemic effort.
