There is a problem in regard to the death count here in Italy...In that some other countries  ( not all) deem a death by CV only in the case there are no other pre-existent illnesses  ( heart failure, ictus, cancer, whatever)

 

That's exactly the case in Germany where there have been so far many positives but less than 50 deaths only ( in a 80plus million country)....While here in Italy deaths are about 5,000 by now mostly concentrated in the Lombardy region as the trend here is to deem a death caused by CV if the last medical problem who the patient got was CV  no matter all the load of pre-existent medical issues...That makes the death number spike a lot obviously....
