- Are Rates IMF 2% Rule Compliant for 90 Days: YES (maintained since ~Mar. 15, 2018 & Iraq Market since ~Nov. 14, 2018)      (NOTE: rates were out of compliance for 3 days starting 11-5-2019 & 2 days starting 1-7-2020

Dinarham...that was the link from the CBI web-page - copied as they posted it. If I were to modify the link (as I do to make corrections on their  posting page) it wouldn't work. I don't know why it didn't work above. ... Here it is again:

It appears that it still doesn't work....but note the dates on the Post itself.
