Italian recipe of the week: Lasagna con carciofi fritti

Artichokes are in season right now in Italy, and as any Roman will tell you, they're best served fried. This dish incorporates those carfiofi fritti into a comforting lasagna

Umbertino, your thread is under the 2A, political section. It is not in your Politics and Environs thread. Maybe there in lies the confusion. :confused2:

Thanks, nstoolman....Maybe  it's as you wrote....

But it's also true that it says big and clear "Italy's thread" and some time ago when I started this ( maybe a couple of years ago or longer)  I thought it was better to post thread here instead of  off-topics as many times in the thread I do post articles on Italian Politics.....But not only that ....also a lot of stuff concerning Italy in general ( travel, cuisine, various non-political news...)

Hope that makes sense......

Yes it does. We still all have the choice to not click on anything we don't want to read.

We also have a choice to open a thread and complain or compliment if we choose.

I personally don't open a lot of stuff I don't agree with.

I  also open up stuff and offer my opinion.

These times are volatile politically and people do and say dumb things.

Coronavirus: Life goes on as normal in most of Italy despite outbreak

Reports of dramatic measures taken by authorities to control the spread of the coronavirus in northern Italy, including placing 11 towns under lockdown, have made headlines worldwide. But most of Italy remains unaffected by the outbreak, and little has changed for most people living in the country
