The facts went uncontested....not one witness came forward to suggest otherwise....Due process was offered to and denied by Trump.  It's a slam dunk toward impeachment.  Innocent men have nothing to hide.

Ahh hem. Shabs didn't that one Law Professor , a Dem, say something to the effect that  ... if they went forward with this impeachment that impeachment would be viable for abuse of power. Their , the Congressional Dems on the Judiciary Committee panel, their abuse of power.  A heretofor unseen version of due process was offered Pres Trump this time around. The Judiciary Comm was going off of the product of Schiff's Intell Comm. In which zerondue process was provided as was provided to Clinton and Nixion. No counsel for the Pres, no subpoena power for his lawyers, no ability to cross examine plaintiff witness, flat out denial of calling defendent witnesses as is done in all fair trials.

Nixon and Clinton, I remember them, they provided their tax returns.....Precedent, one might say.  Innocent men have nothing to hide.

It is a little tough to contest facts when no first hand facts were presented to suggest that trump did anything wrong.

Plenty of innuendos and hearsay opinions were presented. That does not make those facts. Wish list maybe.

Every person brought before the committee that was asked if they had first hand knowledge of the phone calls or meeting all had to say no.

If you want Trump convicted on those grounds then you have no clue what the Constitution stands for or means.

The burden of proof is on the accusers. So far the dog and pony show the Dems are putting on is only going to get Trump re elected.

When this goes to the senate, all the senator running for election will have to come off the campaign trail and sit as jurors. They will fall from the memory of the voters.

On top of that everybody involved with this farce will be called in to testify and the truth will be found out about the coup perpetrated on this administration.

Yeah, true those guy gave their tax returns . Unless it's your intention to conflate the issues, which would be so unlike you, he is not being impeached for not providing his tax returns. As I understand it , which may change again , he is accused of quid-pro-quo ; asking for a favor least I hang up the phone and you don't  get your military aid. Which the transcript shows was never asked for. He did ask Zelinski/Solensky to do him a favor and do what he ran on, which was anti-corruption in the Ukraine. Get rid of the corruption in the Ukraine , like the corruption that got the Birisma Biden investigation vaulted. If anyone abused their position of power it was Biden who bragged about the quid-pro-quo he did to get said investigation shut down, on tape in a interview. All this is the Dems weaponizing the Impeachment process, the very things our founding Fathers anticipated and did not want to ever have happened. Also, in my opinion, the Dems are getting back at the Republicans for impeaching Bill (Chester the Molester) Clinton. I believe his charges were for lying to the Congress and abuse of power. Lying to Congress, just like Flynn was forced to plea guilty to lying to the FBI. I believe Flynn's charges were the Dems getting back at the Repubs also for WJC charges. Thou with the facts out that FBI Agents doctored Flynn's testimony on his transcripts. His plea deal will get thrown out on appeal of FBI falsifying evidence , creating evidence, making it fruit of the poisoned tree and therefore in admissible as evidence. Also, the Senate trial will be set on accepted standards of due process and witnesses and cross examination on Plaintiff/Defendent sides. No hearsay admissible also. The Congresses "evidence" may also be thrown out as inadmissible and or simply by reasonable doubt. Boom-innocent. Since arogence is not a crime.

Innocent men have nothing to hide.....blocking witnesses from speaking is obstruction, plain and simple.  As always, just my opinion.
