Neither side gives a hoot about the Constitution....Republicans don't give a damn about fiscal responsibility when they're in charge....Democrats don't give a damn about precedent when they're in charge.....and Donald Trump doesn't give a damn about anything other than Donald Trump....those are all actual truths.  Personal truths are just that, personal.  You all say I'm angry, that's your personal truth....I say it's the other way around, that's my personal truth.  Doesn't make either charge more factual than the other.  As for all the other things you mentioned....the sky is many colors...as for bathrooms, I don't know or have anybody in my personal world that's going through that particular identity crisis, so who am I to judge....Bathrooms and stalls have locks on them anyway...and how come nobody ever complains about shared bathrooms, like at an old gas station, retail store, or restaurant?

And in so lies the problem.....the people should care about the Constitution....all the people.....Country before party...

 

In 2016 half the Country bought into that.....Trump was the antiestablishment vote.....

 

The left didn't have that opportunity......because the crooked DNC cheated them out of it by rigging the Primary..

 

Today the "outsider" is running over the establishment......even the Republicans.....

 

The Establishment Democrats are trying to hang on to power....but the backlash against the same old, same old......may lead to a socialist candidate......

 

Some choice?......right???

 

Honestly I'll say yes it is......because it will be an honest choice that "we the people" have....and will make.....

 

It's about time all of us take the Country back from the corrupt establishment...

As for the avatar every symbol on earth has differing meaning to different people. The Nordics and Celtics took 

the legend of St. Nicholas and wrongly turned him into some fat guy bringing toys to children every yr. When in actuality 

Saint Nicholas fasted so much that he only ate food once or twice a week. Why they changed him is a matter for discussion. 

Today Santa Clause represents a joyful time of year when families come together to be thankful for the blessings they have. 

And while the haters of this world continue there utter destruction of everything good I choose to represent joy and happiness. 

And that is exactly what good people feel when they see Santa.

Shabbs, I'm not sure you heard what I heard.  I heard under the constitution, commandment 6, the accused has ALL RIGHTS to look his accuser dead in the eye.  Seems Rand is waiting for just the right moment instead of putting all the focus on him right now...he is not the one accused.  It would seem that waiting before naming will be beneficial.  The Reps have never jumped into the fire when they know waiting until everything is in order will, bring about victory.  Call that gutless as you may but I call it good ole common sense with the aim to do it the right way and follow the constitution.   Trump may or may not have his day in court but I guarantee ya that if he does he will have the pleasure of looking his accusers eyeball to eyeball.   He already know who he is.  Oh how I pity the the poor Dems when they finally take the biggest fall in history.

I'm all for Trump facing his accusers.....if it gets that far, let's see if Donald will have the stones to show up to a congressional grilling....HRC did it for 10 hours....Will Trump have the courage to face the same inquisition?  As for Rand Paul....if he knows the name and thinks it's his right to say the name, then he should say it and accept the consequences that he believes will never come.  Courage, that's all.

I gotcha, but I haven't heard a news caster yet name him and they all know also.  Every news media, senator and congressman have their plan plotted out to keep leading us to be blinded  by their schemes to enrich and gain power for themselves. Just another little dirty secret that all of Washington feels that will enable their own controll.  I imagine that you and I both would dropped to our knees if we actually knew what is really happening in this country.  Political leaders on both sides will suffer far worse the pits of hell because they were placed in office to lead "we the people"  but instead have chosen to lie, cheat, steal and gain power over all.  Pretty sad when you know good and well that both sides are trying and have successfully fooled the American people for the love of money and power...only differences is the Dems do it more and are far better at it.  There is nothing even murder they won't do.  Pretty sad when you can only choose a better bad from the worst.

Let's be honest here....if the name is known and it's not illegal to say that name, then they all would be scrambling to be the first to divulge that name.  Since none of them, including the American media, is doing that, we must reasonably conclude they know it's illegal to name the whistleblower under current U.S. law.....And no offense, LAIC, but I don't subscribe to conspiracy theories, from the Left or Right, such as what you wrote in that second to last sentence.
