Ok ,I'm totally confused . Central banks around the world are operated by the "illuminati" ,Birdenbergs , Rothschilds ,etc. It is my understanding that the Republic of Iraq  is still under guardianship and is not a completely sovereign nation . To qualify as a sovereign nation , a country must have complete control of their currency .

I love this chart. Hopefully, it is accurate and wasn't a practical joke or a drunken holiday update, like Wakanda on the State department list.

So, for fun, I did a different date range, and this graph looks even more dramatic:

https://cbiraq.org/SeriesChartBig.aspx?isVir=0&dateFrom=01/31/2018&dateTo=04/30/2020&TseriesID=157

That last entry is for December.

more confirmation that we may see something...

the Trade Bank of Iraq they came out with three separate announcements for their own customers...

They're stating that they are going to start suspending some activities...

you cannot withdraw cash starting on Thursday [26th]...

And on Sunday the 29th they're going to suspend all the wire transfers and all the deposits.

On Sunday you cannot deposit cash and cannot wire transfer...

I've never seen a bank shutting down the cash.

You cannot withdraw cash.

You cannot deposit cash.
This is very interesting to see because it's never happened before...

you [CBI] are about to introduce the lower denominations.

You're about to change your rate.

You don't want to mess this one up...

I've never seen this pattern before...

there's something fishy here.

There's something going on IMO...

they might load those ATMs with lower denominations.

Whatever the case definitely it's very interesting and this is out of the pattern...

Everything is shut down and now is the right time for you to show everything...

If this chart is accurate, what are the possible implications for stateside Dinar holders and potential for currency exchange rate change?

It seems almost impossible to me, as there would have to have been a massive clean up or destruction of notes; and, a good number of those notes are not in Iraq. So, how can it be? I am dismissing this as an error and will be most happy to be wrong! :)

[Reference Delta Post 12-28-2019]  ...

This is a break in the pattern of the last 11 years...

this is a pattern in which the CBI is involved in this process through the banks

Citizens cannot withdraw.

They cannot deposit.  They can't touch them.

Nada until the 5th of January...

this has never happened before and it's so unprecedented...
