An American report: The majority of Iraqis live with a daily income of no more than $ 6 ... The "poor" generation will not believe the promises

Policy  ,   12/19 2019 19:38

Baghdad - Iraq today:

An American report saw today, Wednesday, that the Iraqi generation who was born after 2003 was freed from the scope of the older generations, indicating that Iraq will not return as it went after the demonstrations. "The Pioneer" news website said, "The new Iraqi generation of young men born after 2003 has been freed from the scope of the older generations that were convinced of anything the government provides them ... It knows that the government is earning enough financial resources from oil." But it does not spend anything to achieve prosperity for them. "

"And until the government fulfills its promises, there is no end to the Iraq protests ."

He added that "many areas of the world witnessed during the past few months violent protests that started in Iraq, Lebanon, Hong Kong and Chile, however, the Iraqi protests topped others in terms of excessive violence in them, as government security measures caused the death of more than 400 protesters with injuries. Thousands of others are in the fiercest demonstration in the country since the American invasion of Iraq in 2003. "

Demonstrators blamed successive governments for causing widespread unemployment among the people with rampant corruption and lack of services despite the huge financial resources the government easily obtained from oil sales, though the authorities claim that Iraq has not received its abundant share of the global oil market system Complex to be able to revive its rickety economy, according to a website report.

The site pointed out that "the majority of the people lack efficient health care, good education, schools, or the provision of basic services such as safe drinking water and electricity, as promises made by successive governments to develop these sectors remained unimplemented."

According to a report issued by the World Bank, approximately three fifths of the souls of Iraq, consisting of 40 million people, live on less than $ 6 a day.

The report stated that "the largest part of the Iraqi protesters, from the poor class, are expressing their anger against a beneficial political class that has plundered the country's wealth and pushed the people towards more poverty."

The report added that "the country's authorities responded to the protests by using lethal force, which was a shocking response that made matters more complicated ... the country's supreme religious authority had called on the ruling authority to undertake major political reforms."

She stressed the need for "the protests to be peaceful and free from all kinds of violence and sabotage, and also stressed the sanctity of Iraqi blood and political forces to respond to the legitimate demands of the protesters."

The report pointed out that "the recent demonstrations reflect the growing dissatisfaction of the Iraqi people towards the religious parties that have ruled the country for 16 years, that it changed a warning to ruling elites that they should listen to the voice of the people, which is a popular trend towards the idea of social justice and the achievement of citizenship."

The American website pointed out that "despite the resignation of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, the people are still angry and that the protests will continue until new political and economic reforms are introduced."

"But what will happen after these demonstrations will not be similar to the past. Iraq passes through an exceptional stage. The new opposition that is emerging now can play an important role that leads the current situation towards change, and the authorities must initiate a process of structural change and listen to the legitimate demands of the protesters." .

3 scenarios for Halbousi's visit to America

On Wednesday, Representative Riyadh Al-Masoudi revealed that there are three scenarios for the secret visit of Speaker of Parliament, Mohamed Al- Halbousi , to America, indicating that one of the scenarios is the presentation of a candidate to head the government.

Massoudi said in a statement that " the visit of the House of Representatives Mohammed Halbusi Flash to Washington surprising and raises more than a question mark , " noting that "there are three scenarios to visit Mohammed Halbusi to Washington either to be personal for the purpose of tourism or the like , or official that is unlikely option" .

He added, "The other proposition is that he made a secret visit to present the ideas of the Sunni blocs on choosing the next prime minister and resolving the crisis of demonstrations with American politicians without notifying the Iraqi state."

Al-Masoudi said, "The constitutional amendment committee will discuss adding a paragraph that obliges the three ministers and presidencies to notify them of all visits, whether secret or family, to any country in order to avoid the issue."

The deputy of the Al-Fateh Haneen Al-Qadu coalition had confirmed in a previous statement that the quick visit of Parliament Speaker Mohamed Al- Halbousi to Washington was a surprise to all and we did not know about it in advance, indicating that the visit was an American invitation to discuss the developments of the current situation.

Hackers

Today, Wednesday, a hacker hacker hacked Iraqi government websites, including the Ministry of Interior and the Prime Minister's website.

The hacking process began with the first Wednesday hours, and included the disabling of government websites and the publication of sensitive information and correspondence pulled from government websites.

The operation affected the sites of the Ministry of Interior, the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Oil, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Communications, and the Ministry of Trade website.

Observers confirmed that the terrorist militia government is in shock. The breach occurred simultaneously to several institutions of superpowers led by #Max_Pro.

The breakthrough lasted for hours while he tweeted directly and penetrated the rest of the institutions in a sequence and comfortably until he made the #Iraqi government_ fall_officially.

Before the operation, an account on the Twitter platform, called M4xPr0, tweeted: "The enemies of life ... do not sleep tonight, you will be stunned by the thunderbolt."

And Abizaid: "A message from the heart of the homeland ... We are greater than all these ordeals."

And through the account, via another tweet, he got 15 GB a backup copy of the official Ministry of Oil correspondence, 8 GB from the Ministry of Defense, and 17 GB from the Ministry of Interior.

Hacker promised a digital revolution for all those involved in corruption files in the Iraqi ministries.

And the "hacker" created an account in the name of "@ m4x_pr0", through which it publishes how to penetrate the ministries' websites, as well as secret documents obtained by hacking the sites and email for those sites.

And the hacker wrote through his account: "The Ministry of Health website, the Ministry of Education website, the Ministry of Interior website, the Ministry of Oil website, the Ministry of Education website, the prime minister's website has been hacked."

The hacker vowed to publish the data of the Ministry of Interior and Defense, their contracts and correspondence, all the corruption of previous governments.

America is planning a large and permanent reduction of its mission in Iraq .. And a report reveals the reasons

18th December, 2019

The US State Department sent to Congress this month detailed plans to cut the number of US diplomats in Iraq dramatically and permanently, a move critics say directly contradicts the declared goals of President Donald Trump's administration in the country and undermines Washington's efforts to stabilize Iraq. The documents sent by the State Department to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and obtained by foreign policy highlight a new light on the ministry’s decision earlier this year to reduce the number of diplomats and other American employees in Iraq.

The US Mission in Iraq will reduce the number of employees at its embassy, diplomatic support system" rel="">support center, and consulate in Erbil, in northern Iraq, from 486 to 349, a decrease of 28 percent, by the end of May 2020. The majority of staff will leave from the State Department, but agencies Other government agencies, including the Department of Defense and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), will also reduce the size of their embassy staff, the document shows. And the Trump government is shrinking the size of the U.S. embassy at a time of political unrest in Iraq amid anti-government protests, after more than 15 years of military intervention in the country, the United States still has about 6,000 soldiers in Iraq in the wake of the military campaign against ISIS, and poured About $ 1.5 billion in aid to the country in 2018.

In the documents it sent to Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman James Rich, a Republican from Idaho, the US State Department insists that new staffing levels “will allow the Iraq mission to continue to achieve Its goals The core, and to carry out monitoring and control of adequate programs." But critics scoffed at the move. "It appears that the administration believes that we can manage the volatile situation in Iraq through a staff of a structure of diplomats that may not be a coincidence that Iraq collapses," said Senator Chris Murphy, member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and top Democrat on the subcommittee that oversees Middle East issues. Since we started reducing our presence in the embassy, we need to find a way to reverse the path - quickly. "If we do not do this, I fear that Iraq will continue to slip into a crisis without a political solution, and we will be in a worse position to defend our national security interests," he said.

A Foreign Ministry spokesman for foreign policy in response to "Ensuring the safety of US government employees and American citizens abroad is our top priority," he added. "Our embassy in Baghdad and our consulate in Erbil are open for business, and Ambassador [Matthew] Tueller and his team are participating daily." And that "Iraq is one of the most important strategic partners in the region, and we are committed to full engagement with our Iraqi partners and the Iraqi people to support system" rel="">support a united, democratic, federal and prosperous Iraq."

Since the costly US invasion of Iraq in 2003, the United States embassy in Baghdad has expanded into a large and sprawling complex housing thousands of logistics, contractors and security personnel. Despite the size of the embassy and the staff, only a small percentage comes from the State Department. A smaller number are still employed in basic diplomatic functions, including political and economic officials. These small numbers will be further lowered from the pre-departure levels ordered by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, as documents show. The number of political officials at the embassy will decrease by 30 percent, from 10 to 7 officers; the number of consular officers will decrease by 58 percent, from 12 to 5, while officers who focus on political and military affairs will decrease by 33 percent, from six to four.

The Pentagon will also reduce the number of its staff at the US embassy in Baghdad from 111 to 63, and the US Agency for International Development will reduce 11 out of 19 locations. And last May, Bombo ordered all non-emergency personnel of the US diplomatic mission in Iraq to withdraw from the country based on unspecified threats from Iran, the main rival of the United States in the region. In June, foreign policy stated that the ministry would make the gradual withdrawal of emergency permanent. And the government agency report released last month identified that the required departure of USAID staff "had significant negative impacts on program planning and oversight and supervision activities in Iraq", with USAID managing more than $ 1 billion in humanitarian assistance programs, ProPublica reported. Last year, the Trump administration closed the U.S. consulate in Basra, the city of southern Iraq. The top US diplomat at the consulate, Timmy Davis, opposed the decision to close the consulate through official opposition channels in the State Department before the order was eventually implemented.

A specialized center warns of the danger of hacking into the websites of Iraqi institutions

320174161133887.jpg

19th December, 2019

The Center for Information and Communications Technology Center warned on Thursday of the severity of the hacking operations that affected the websites of several Iraqi ministries and institutions, calling for activating cyber security to protect institutions and individuals in the country.

It is noteworthy that the websites of the Prime Minister, and the ministries of health, defense, interior, education, oil, trade and communications were hacked by a team that identified itself on Twitter as (M4X pro).

The Center said, in a statement received by Shafak News, today, that "there is a great danger to Iraqi institutions and individuals from cyber threats, which requires governmental measures that enhance cybersecurity and protect electronic security and personal data of individuals in the country, after eliminating the challenges facing the endeavor."

He added, "The governance systems used in many countries are aimed at ensuring cybersecurity, and protection from penetrations that cost the world annually approximately 6 trillion dollars, and that protecting privacy is an inherent right, and that states must protect the data of their citizens, and protect their rights to access and change them freely, It also protects it from being exploited, so how can it be affiliated with state institutions? He explained, "The issues of harmonization between human rights issues and measures to improve digital confidence and security are progressing markedly, with high priority given to cyber stability, peace issues and digitization updates."

However, he considered, "It is a mistake for governments to hesitate to discuss global governance systems, because these governments want to preserve the data within the geographic scope of their countries, while not taking adequate measures to reduce serious violations targeting the local cyberspace." He stressed the need, "that Iraq enters this field with full force, to keep pace with developments in the world, and to benefit from global experiences, and from indicators that categorize countries according to their data, especially in the field of cybersecurity." He pointed out that the penetration of Iraqi websites expresses Iraq’s lack of a special strategy for cyber security, and this makes Iraq vulnerable to the risks of hacking and electronic piracy.

Our banks and forecasts in 2020

18373.jpg

19th December, 2019 by Samir Al-Nusiri

On the occasion of the end of the year 2019, and in view of the special and new conditions that our beloved country is going through due to the widespread popular movement and legitimate demands for political and economic change and reform, and because our banks are the first major link in the national economy, we must make clear with the analysis and evaluation of the business results of banks 2018 and 2019 that they have faced challenges from the work environment other than Stable and bad debts reach more than (6) trillion dinars, the price of shares traded on the Iraq Stock Exchange decreased by (80%) and the decrease in liquidity of some banks to the minimum limits established by the Central Bank and the decrease in financial revenuesVerification of deposits and deficiencies in the legislative environment, the determinants of instructions thatregulate the economic process, tax and customs laws and instructions, their declining financing activities and their weak contribution to reconstruction, investment and development

It must be noted here that our banks confirmed their sobriety and strengthened the public's confidence in them during the current popular movement and the continuation of their daily activities and work despite administrative, logistical and technical difficulties, which contributed effectively to the implementation of the central bank policy in achieving stability in the exchange rate and perpetuating internal and external banking operations, which strengthened the International confidence in our international banking transactions, and this is evident when comparing the state of our banks with other countries that witness the same conditions and the popular movement, as happened in Lebanon, for example. This confirms that our banks are heading in the right direction

Therefore, it requires that it accomplish its plans for the year 2020 in the light of analyzing the results of its activities and activities in the light of the current conditions and expectations in 2020 after the formation of the new interim government and the requirements of the new situation and in accordance with the central and subsidiary central bank strategy goals in the year 2020 with a focus on contributing to the implementation of the strategic banking projects that it plans And put it and set its goals the Central Bank, which are 21 technical, financing and administrative projects and come up with policies and procedures according to their actual needs in the sustainability of their provision of their banking products and enhance their freedoms from restoring confidence in the banking sector and that these etc. are prepared I coordinate with the specialized departments of the Central Bank by holding working meetings and diagnostic and analytical discussions organized by the Banking Control Department in cooperation with the Iraqi Private Banking Association and setting policies and procedures to meet the major challenges facing banks and focus on re-reviewing, evaluating and amending their policies and procedures and developing them towards their establishment

The completion of banks' plans for the year 2020 requires them to take quick steps, which is the transition of the Iraqi banking sector to a discreet and developed economic sector and is committed to international regulations, rules and standards for compliance, combating money laundering, financial reporting and risk management, and thus the transition from the role of banking to the development role and contributing to the revitalization of the economic cycle by activating and supporting financing Small and medium enterprises and large development projects through which a solid national economy and sustainable development are achieved that ultimately serves the Iraqi people and their aspirations for a better life

This requires that each bank have a specific plan for the year 2020 in the areas of technical development and work in accordance with international standards to achieve financial inclusion, attract deposits, work on capacity-building, training and qualify human resources, achieve the goal of investing in human capital and develop the structural structure of the banking sector in addition to the banks’ interest in applying Financial stability criteria, which are financial safety indicators such as the ratio of the capital adequacy ratio, the liquidity ratio, the profitability ratio as the ratio of profit and net profit to capital, the percentage of return on assets, the percentage of return on shareholders’ equity, the cost of activity and the ratio Leverage of funds and the percentage of investing funds, in addition to adopting indicators to measure the efficiency of performance and the creation of units for statistics, studies and financial analysis to indicate monthly, quarterly and annual deviations in the drawn plans

This needs the government and the central bank to support banks and enable them to continue banking activity and to implement the decisions of the Council of Ministers and the Economic Affairs Committee related to the revitalization of banking work, especially in the field of credit and banking financing and bank loans and facilities and give a fundamental role to private banks and their involvement in the manufacture of central economic decisions

Kurdish site: Barzani's family stole 28 percent of Kurdistan's oil

A report by the "iCard Daily" website revealed that the Barzani family stole more than 28% of the volume of oil exports to the region after exporting outside the Somo National Company.

The report, which was translated by Information Agency, stated that “many took pride in announcing the process of resuming the payments deal that has been stalled between Baghdad and Kurdistan since 2014 and in which the Kurdistan Regional Government agreed to export up to 550,000 barrels per day of oil from its fields and Kirkuk fields through a marketing organization Governmental Oil (SOMO) in Baghdad in return for sending 17 percent of the federal budget after monthly sovereign expenses in budget payments to the Kurdistan Regional Government.

He added, “After that, the Kurdistan Regional Government halted oil shipments to SOMO, preferring instead to try to sell it to a group of other countries, including many energy-hungry ex-Soviet states, Turkey and Israel, among other countries, while Baghdad sought To try the Kurdistan Regional Government before the court again and again to stop this activity on the basis that it is illegal. ”

The report continued, "There is compelling evidence that Masoud Barzani and his son, Masroor (who was then the actual head of the intelligence services in the Kurdistan Regional Government and the prime minister now), stole about 28 percent of the total oil export stocks for the entire Kurdistan Regional Government."

He continued that "the money resulting from the export of oil was deposited in an account in a bank in North Cyprus under the name of a happy mistress at the time and associated with the Russian Foreign Intelligence Agency and called" Slupba Vinishny Razvidiki. " Shortly thereafter, Russia's oil giant Rosneft signed the deal which essentially gave it control of the oil industry in Kurdistan and Masoud Barzani announced that he would step down and leave politics on the front lines completely.

He explained that "the plan, then, was that Russia use this very strong base in the north to show its influence in the south, and this was a catalyst for" Gazprom Neft "to continue in the Badra field, and to search for more opportunities in northern and southern Iraq."

A Kurdish report, Thursday, stated that the cost of corruption occurring at the border crossings of the Kurdistan region of Iraq amounts to about $ 40 million a month.

And the site "iCord Daily" in its translation report / information / quoted Kurdish MP Ali Hama Saleh as saying that "the number was disclosed as part of a three-month investigation by lawmakers that the Kurdistan Regional Council of Ministers has formed committees to investigate the issue, but the problem Is still widespread.”

Saleh added, “Many companies were granted an amnesty in order to pay millions of dollars of taxes that they failed to pay, but he argued that this in itself represents problems.” He pointed out that “any oil producing company did not pay taxes and that there are companies that granted amnesty Tax, but the granting of amnesty did not fall within the authority of any government official.”

He continued, "There are companies that got sums ranging from 5 to 10 million dollars without doing any serious work," noting that "the lawmakers will continue to follow the government's plans to reform the border crossings and ensure that all the revenues collected there go to the public treasury."

Referring to corruption in the oil fields, Saleh explained that "security contracts have been granted to the children of senior officials, despite the existence of an official security force for this purpose, and the result is that part of the oil revenue is not returned to the government."

The report pointed out that “for many years, transparency organizations, legislators and international organizations have accused senior officials of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) of corruption, especially with regard to confiscating Kurdistan's oil revenues, and the region’s government has long promised to take measures to combat graft, but it has not achieved much of progress, and there are billions of dollars in lost oil revenues Kurdistan Iraq."

According to the report, “Many critics have accused the ruling Barzani clan of collecting a huge wealth of oil trade for the benefit of the family rather than serving the population, as the KDP leader Masoud Barzani remains the most powerful leader in the shadows, according to analysts. His son Masrour is the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region and Ibn His brother, Nechirvan Barzani, is the president of the region.”

Three moments in the Iraqi protests

- Two Hours Ago

%D8%B3%D8%A7%D8%AD%D8%A9-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8

The protest movement that Iraq has been witnessing since the beginning of last October is part of one of the Iraqis’s search for their state. Often, the Iraqis derive their awareness, in this ongoing conflict, from their direct experiences, as is evident, and not from an "enlightening" act by an elite or parties. The same crowd who was chanting "Mako and me but Ali, we want the ruler of Jaafari" in the spring of 1991 chanting today, and in the same regions "brothers and Sunnis and Shiites, this country is what we sell", and "in the name of religion they stole us forbidden", and "we want a country", this The last chant that is really the heart of the matter.

In all the stages of the protest, the Iraqis were deeply motivated by the same motive: breaking their estrangement from the state and seeking justice in the distribution of wealth. It is not easy to rely on the fact that the audience, who once chanted sectarian language, was deeply sectarian. Sectarian slogans used to appear to the public as a door to meet the same motivation that the public itself today began to knock, in order to meet it, another chapter against sectarianism.

The domination of a despotic elite belonging to a Sunni minority over the state in Iraq before 2003 facilitated the Shiite sectarian parties to wear the conflict between the authority and its rivals to sectarian confusion, he had the control, and convincing a majority of the public, against the backdrop of the weakness of the Iraqi secular parties, which was repeated in the context of The Syrian revolution is by letter, but this does not lead to the branding of an audience as sectarian. The issue is the control of political awareness that says that the problem lies in the sectarian affiliation of the authoritarian elite with the state, which charges the sectarian identity differentiation, and incites the conflict along sectarian lines. Today, however, we note how the course of the ongoing conflict has led to the liberation of Iraqis from this illusion, which is a lesson that the Syrians are useful to read, as it may provide them with more destruction and blood. It is evident that this shift from sectarian to patriotic in Iraqi protest movements would not have been if sectarianism was of the "nature" of this audience.

We can refer to three moments or developments in the Iraqi struggle since the outbreak of the Arab revolutions phenomenon. At the first moment, the Sunni component dominated the demonstrations that were already instigated

“The domination of the Sunni despotic elite over the state in Iraq before 2003 facilitated the Shi’ite sectarian parties to dress the conflict with sectarian dress-up” Arab revolutions in Tunisia and Egypt in particular. In spite of the Sadrist movement's solidarity with these demonstrations for authoritarian accounts, the accusations were ready and detailed according to the Sunni Arab size in Iraq. These demonstrations faced accusations of Baathism and Al-Qaeda terrorism, before they were shot. In general, the demands of the demonstrators carried “Sunni” concerns, such as closing all files targeting Sunni leaders, ceasing to politicize the judiciary, and repealing the “4 terrorism” law that is used extensively to target Sunni symbols, and this law (which protesters today threaten, by the way Any person who commits - as a principal actor or business partner - any of the terrorist acts ... is punished with death, and the instigator, planner, and financier, and whoever enables the terrorists to carry out the crimes mentioned in this law, shall be punished with the punishment of the original perpetrator. It is also a requirement to legislate a law to protect the cultural privacy of the Sunnis, and to achieve balance in all state institutions, including the military and security institutions. It should be noted that these seemingly “sectarian” demands are in-depth patriotism, as they are in fact called for “patriotic” equality.

In the next development, the protests came from the Sadrist movement, i.e. from a Shi'a audience, but it is framed by a sectarian Shiite party and a party in power. This can be seen as an extension of the conflicts within the Sectarian Governance Foundation. The demonstrations demanded to fight corruption (although the current is also involved in corruption files, most notably its control of Najaf airport and the exclusivity of its revenues away from the federal or local treasury), and demanded the end of sectarian and political quotas, even though the current has sectarian structure and thought. Sectarian party is trying to fight sectarian political opponents

"We note today how the course of the ongoing conflict led to the liberation of Iraqis from the illusion of sectarian affiliation" to rise on the national levers.

But the Shiite body of these protests dropped from the hands of the Shiite authorities the stock of ready charges, and raised the fear of a Shiite-Shiite conflict, fragmenting the popular base upon which the regime is based. Therefore, she did not face these demonstrations with great violence, despite her entering the Green Zone and storming the seat of Parliament and the office of the Prime Minister (Haider al-Abadi), which could otherwise lead to a massacre.

The oppression, exclusivity and widespread corruption against which the Sadrist demonstrations moved, after more than a decade of the rule of the “Jaafari ruler”, indicates that the actual problem is not in the sectarian affiliation of the ruler, and that political life wherever it is is a permanent conflict between the authorities ’tendency to corruption and exclusivity, and the tendency of the governed to Restricting this tendency among the authorities, and that history did not provide us with a model of ideal power that adjusts with a people as a result of their rights, and that justice is only possible in the ability to institutionalize public presence, in institutions of government and in institutions of civil society alike. This reference is not far from the awareness of the Iraqis who landed in early October (2019), marking the important moment or third development in the ongoing conflict movement in Iraq.

In this development, the Shiites go out against the "Shiite rule" altogether (all the forts are forbidden), and they attack

Today, the Shiites go out against the “Shi’ite rule” altogether (they are all forbidden). They attack Iran as the basis for sectarian quotas. Iran as the main basis for the corrupt sectarian quota rule. The masses of the protests today are not party-framed, and the protests today are not part of the wings of governance. There is no safety valve to protect the regime from these demonstrations, as was the case in the phase of the Sadrist protests. Al-Sadr's attempts to swallow this wave did not succeed, and he tended to support his supporters from the streets.

Today's protests are free of tutelage. Today, Iraqis go out to demand a homeland, identify themselves as Iraqis without additions, mock the religious veneer to show the political dimension expressing the interests of the marginalized and impoverished demonstrators. After all, and after years of “Baath” and then “ISIS”, the Arab Sunnis in Iraq are under the weight of these two experiences, and they need not a short time, before they are freed from the yoke of this expensive legacy that restricts their political participation and limits, in the same act, the ability of the Iraqis To fulfill their dream of a homeland. It is difficult for the Iraqi Sunnis in Iraq to be free from this weight, unless the Iraqi state is free from the weight of sectarian parties.

Iran accuses the President of Iraq of plotting its influence

- 13 Hours Past

%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%82-%D8

BAGHDAD - Tehran launched a swift campaign against Iraqi President Barham Salih, accusing him of colluding with the United States, Israel and the Gulf to install a new Iraqi prime minister against Iranian influence in his country.

The campaign against the Iraqi president began when he asked the parliament about the largest bloc, which is supposed to present him with a specific candidate who will be assigned to form a government, according to the constitutional contexts, as this step was considered an attempt to get rid of the responsibility and implicate the parliament in an endless cycle.

According to the Iranian vision, Barham Salih must consult in full confidentiality with its representatives in Iraq to choose the new prime minister, then announce his assignment, without going into details.

In light of the continuing angry protests that overthrew the government of Adel Abdul Mahdi, obedience to the Iranian vision for the Iraqi president is a political suicide, so Barham Salih seemed to be trying to appear to oppose Tehran's directions in this file.

Instead of going into some private meetings before the new candidate's agreement is finalized, Saleh has been holding public meetings and seminars to determine the characteristics of the new prime minister, placing the conditions of the demonstrators at the top of his priorities, which angered the Iranians and led them to accuse the president of including a plan to facilitate the takeover of a figure close to the United States and countries The Gulf is in power in Iraq, taking advantage of the massive popular protests.

And two days ago, Iraqi parties and pro-Iranian militias have no talk except betrayal of Barham Salih, his malicious movements and his leadership, an international conspiracy to overthrow the regime in Iraq, and provide a safe environment for US forces to remain in this country.

The Hezbollah Brigades, the Iraqi branch of the Lebanese Hezbollah guerrillas led by Hassan Nasrallah, said, “We were aware that suspicious parties had worked to exploit (protests) and ride their wave, in order to implement devilish plans that were not related to the problems and crises that the people suffer.”

She pointed out that "in the midst of the ongoing political movement to choose a personality who will assume the presidency of the prime minister and who have characteristics commensurate with the critical stage the country is going through, we believe that the person who is running for this responsibility should have patriotism, integrity, and non-submission to the whims and partisan and factional tendencies, (...) And to have the courage and courage to stand in the face of the malicious Zionist-American project in Iraq. ”

The Hezbollah Brigades, which was founded by the Deputy Chairman of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis and managed directly by the commander of the Quds Force in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Qassem Soleimani, added, “There is no doubt that the failure of political forces to present a candidate for prime minister within the prescribed period is an indication of lack of seriousness and inaction. And this will open the door for a lawmaker before the President of the Republic to assume responsibility, taking advantage of the multiple gaps in the constitution and its interpretations, in harmony with the American project aimed at imposing political tutelage on Iraq.

Given that one day remains of the constitutional deadline granted to the president to choose a candidate to task him with forming the new government, the Construction Alliance, which includes the leaders of the armed Iraqi militias in addition to the State of Law coalition led by Nuri al-Maliki, has prepared a plan to ensure the embodiment of the Iranian vision, or at least disrupt any counter to her.

The plan includes proposing the name of the former communications minister, Muhammad Allawi, to be a candidate to form the government, and if Saleh does not agree, Qusay al-Suhail, a member of the State of Law coalition led by Maliki and the Minister of Higher Education in the current government, will be offered a name.

In the event that Saleh Al-Suhail also refuses, the Construction Alliance will leave him to assign any candidate to form a government, to be aborted in Parliament, using Iranian influence.

And the Iraqi political forces loyal to Iran appear determined to nominate their representatives to form the next government, or at least guarantee their interests in the transitional phase, which is supposed to witness early elections.

Representative Naim al-Aboudi of the Asaib Ahl al-Haq movement led by Qais Khazali ruled out assigning a candidate from the "independent technocrat" to form a government, despite being one of the most prominent demands of the demonstrators, citing that the government's experience with this type had previously failed.

But Al-Aboudi admits that passing a party candidate at this time is very complicated, so perhaps a political mandate independent from the current power parties is formed to form an interim government that will last for one year, and he is supposed to witness early elections.

Iran faces a real impasse in the level of its management of the political process in Iraq. The choice of a prime minister for the next stage, whose government must be transitional to administer the country and prepare for early elections, is the most prominent indication of that impasse.

And things are not the same as they were in the past after the protesters imposed their presence on the political class, as they are the body that endorses any personality that is nominated to fill that position.

Here, the role of secret consultations and settlements that were mainly between political blocs under Iranian auspices and direct supervision by Qasim Soleimani ended.

An Iraqi political observer said that the demonstrations ravaged the whole scene, and the candidates are falling one after the other, without the dominant parties being able to control the power that they might face from "popular conspiracies" intended to trim their nails and reduce their domination of power, which is the local face of Iranian hegemony.

The observer added in a statement to “Al-Arab”, “If Barham Salih had ended in a conviction that he distanced himself from the game of tug-of-war between protesters and parties, because he had realized that he could not manage this game and that many things had escaped from the control of parties that were no longer Able to impose a prime minister who fits its direction. ”

It is expected, according to the constitution, that matters will return to the President of the Republic to perform the functions of the Prime Minister in the transitional period, which will finally block the door for Iran, so that it will have in what could be done by a step such as ending the work of Parliament and preparing for early elections in the context of a new electoral law.

The observer pointed to what scares the militias loyal to Iran to be stripped of their gains and privileges obtained through their direct and indirect presence inside the governmental body, which I meant by talking about the existence of a conspiracy that the President of the Republic is a party to.

Comments By MilitiaMan Referencing The Article Above - He Also Makes Mention Of Some Article Excerpts From 2012-2013 That Delta Assembled (Those Excerpts Will Be Posted Next) ...

Samir Al-Nusiri is telling us imo that they are all set to go now. They are about to implement the decisions of the Council of Ministers with the help of the Economic Affairs Committee. They have the results now of the 2018 and 2019 era and are ready for the new plan for the economic future. Exactly what the Citizens want and are awaiting for and for far to long now. The are confirming that the job they have done this far is and has been successful. They have stability in the exchange rate even after all the challenges they were faced with.

The place they are in now shows me that they literally are geared and ready for the new 2020 budget and the projects that will be associated with it. They are flat out saying they are in compliance internationally. They have a clear well thought out agenda for 2020 that is to be committed to international standards in regards to reporting, risk management and all that goes with the reporting of many many things noted above.

Without stating they are fully Article 8 complaint now, this article may at least be the precursor to it. The new year is just ahead and if electronic like we believe they are, then at a moments notice they can converge into 2020 since the 2018 and 2019 era will be merged into the 2020 strategic economic plan the citizens are waiting on and many have died for! So the aspirations of the people are focused and in the forefront and it is about time!

So with the above in play now and below having been told when it should happen have met. It is actually point blank now. There is no room for any talk of March 2020.. The CBI cannot not make any clearer they have intent and during the transitional period we find ourselves in... imo Delta and I approve this message. imo His video telling us the CBI was given orders and they accepted them is powerful. There is not 1% worry anymore, ioo. It is move it or lose it! imo That latter is not an option imo .. All concerns look to me to have been met now, as for security? We showed up..imo.. So, lets see what the future brings us. I'll bet it is very bright! imo ~ MM

SEPT 6, 2012 - Does the project will remain a dead letter permission as described by Central Bank Deputy Director Mohammad Saleh appearance .... Was the decision to delete zeros of the Iraqi currency in many opinions Pro and con, economists believed that the resolution would lead to the collapse of the national currency and some other that he would return to the country with great interest and unfortunately its await as a joint venture between the Government and the Central Bank. As long as the Government seeks to postponed due to security concern, it could not be implemented this year or the year after – as Deputy Director of the Central Bank — the timing is very important in this case and that its implementation must coincide with the beginning of the fiscal year, so you will not find a space for implementation this year inevitably ... Regrets for the delay of the country's economic performance will improve efficiency as long as currency and reduce the influence of big numbers, monetization needs to cash large and small groups will be dealing with categories such as (50 dinars) and (100 dinars) and (200 dinars) in addition to the categories below as dinar (half dinars and quarter-dinars) and (50 Fils, 25 Fils).

Central Bank Governor Sinan Al-Shabibi: "put the currency early next year is uncertain because of the recent discussions and debates with the Government". Al-Shabibi said "it would be in the process of cooperation with the Government." Central Bank Governor noted that the continuing currency switch, and the previous dates for remaining but developments have delayed. The Bank confirmed the earlier: "ask the new currency would be 1/1/2013, despite Government demands a wait operation". The World Bank official letter to Cabinet explaining pros switch currency market and money supply and exchange rate increase and other issues.

Pompeo: We are working to bring justice to the Iranian people

December 19, 2019

Pompeo attacked the Iranian regime

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said Thursday that human rights violations in Iran are evil and unacceptable, in conjunction with the Treasury Department sanctioning two Iranian judges for their role in human rights violations in the country.

Pompeo added, in his speech about the violation of human rights in Iran, that the United States is working to achieve justice for the Iranian people.

Pompeo wrote to the Iranian regime, saying, "If you want to restore respect for your people and the world, you must respect your obligations and respect human rights."

He stressed that the Iranian people were fed up with the failures of the regime, adding that the recent protests covered all classes of the people and were not confined to one category.

Pompeo mentioned a number of violations that took place in Iran during the past few years, including the arrest of 11 journalists and the imprisonment of several Iranian activists for demanding their rights and denying members of religious minorities the most basic rights.

Pompeo pointed out that the Iranian regime is stealing money from its people and spending it on its arms in Yemen, Syria, Iraq and Lebanon.

On December 5, the United States suggested that the Iranian authorities had killed more than a thousand people, as part of its "brutal" campaign to quell the protests.

As arbitrary arrests continue, there is no official tally of the number of Iranians who were detained during or after the protests that surprised the authorities on November 15 after raising gasoline prices.

Soon, these protests turned into demonstrations against the regime and the clerics who control the country's joints.
