Khamenei was impatient with the Iraqi revolution and its growing crowds, prompting him to send a clear message during his speech at a military parade in Tehran to the government and allied militias and urged them to "address the riots," a description of the demonstrations led by the valiant youth of the Tishrin uprising.

In his speech, Khamenei also called on those who are keen on Iraq to "make their priority the remedy of insecurity and instability". They are certainly Iran's followers within the government, parliament and the crowd.

Khamenei's remarks gave the green light to Qassem Soleimani to move the militias directly associated with him to operate in more than one scenario, all of which are aimed at finishing the popular movement with murder, oppression and terrorism.

Khamenei, who is threatening to know before him that the people who confronted the sniper weapon with naked breasts have crossed the barrier of fear.
