Iraqi government spokesman Saad al-Hadithi said on Tuesday the most important paragraphs of the draft law to amend the unified retirement law, while stressing that the law is in the stage of legislation.

(D) Pilots.

 

- The employee's dismissal, dismissal, resignation, resignation or dismissal of the employee, termination of his contract or dismissal of his services shall not prevent his entitlement to retirement rights if he has completed 45 years of age and has 15 years of service.

 

- An employee who has completed 45 years of age and has 15 years of service shall be entitled to retire from that age of 50 years.

 

- End of service benefits for those who have 25 years of service by the last total salary and allowances multiplied by 12.

 

- The unpaid political separator is entitled to a pension if he has a pension service less than 15 years and at least 45 years old.

 

- The pension of the wife, daughter and sister shall be cut upon marriage or appointment and shall be refunded upon divorce, widowhood or leaving the job.

 

- All legal provisions that allow for the combination of two salaries are repealed.
