keylime
Yep! Another win by leading from the front and setting the tone for this agreement. These countries only respect strength and they know Trump does what he says, but Trump also seeks to broker deals that are fair for all parties. So now we have a peaceful resolution to a situation everyone was crying "the sky is falling!" Great job President Trump!!! And NO AMERICAN lives were lost! #eggonnaysayersfaceagain#Trump2020 4 4

jg1
U.S. Vice-President Mike Pence and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan have reached a deal to suspend a Turkish military offensive in northern Syria within 120 hours. The deal is designed to allow Kurdish forces to withdraw from a designated safe zone on the northern border. "All military operations under Operation Peace Spring will be paused, and Operation Peace Spring will be halted entirely on completion of the withdrawal," Pence told reporters in Turkey. Pence met Erdogan earlier on Thursday as part of a U.S. mission to persuade Turkey to halt an offensive against Kurdish fighters in Syria. Turkish troops and Turkish-backed Syrian fighters launched their offensive against Kurdish forces in northern Syria a week ago, two days after Trump suddenly announced he was withdrawing the U.S. from the area. Trump congratulated the pair in a tweet. Donald J. Trump ✔@realDonaldTrump Great news out of Turkey. News Conference shortly with @VP and @SecPompeo. Thank you to @RTErdogan. Dudes our flipping President, where is his wife from, Mississippi?, not sure. Great cease fire, damage is done. Take the blinders off, the past three years have been sad to witness, with a total lack of leadership for the country. 50 troops to maintain peace is a small price. Where is a real leader, Obama, when you need one. Bring back the whiskey, put the vodka down. 2 1

Yeah that is what started them hating on us. Just like Iraq. We helped Saddam get the power and loved him until he decided to sell his oil in euros... Then we had to take him out. Or the Mujahideen, who became al-Qaeda and did 911... Our foreign interference has cost us plenty. B/A 1 1
