The three presidencies confirmed,   To investigate thoroughly, honestly and promptly the facts of violence, excessive use of force and attacks on media channels .

It was also stressed that "the work of the commission of inquiry should be professional and independent and prevent any attempt to influence the progress of investigations or withhold information needed by the commission."

The participants decided to release all the peaceful protesters immediately and others who were arrested on the grounds of the demonstrations .

She called on "everyone to respect the freedom of media work and the safety and security of media workers and respect the right of Iraqis to obtain information available to journalists and disseminated and broadcast impartially and professional responsibility without fear and with confidence .

The three presidencies meeting decided to form a committee of Iraqi experts to draw up a national strategic program to diagnose the problems of the state system in all fields and propose possible solutions while committing the committee's work as well as its outputs at specific times.

He called "the political blocs and forces in the House of Representatives and the Council committees to continue to hold their meetings in these circumstances and work with all energies and capabilities in favor of supervisory work and the completion of legislation and legal amendments necessary to facilitate the work of reform and the fight against corruption."

It decided to "refer all cases of corruption cases to the competent court, provided that the court completes all cases within a time limit that is not delayed under any pretexts."

And she was given   "The three presidencies of parliament have the responsibility to legislate by deliberately criminalizing every sneaky on any corruption case affecting the state's financial, economic and service security and wasting its money . "

The meeting stressed "the three presidencies to follow up the implementation of the decisions of the House of Representatives and the ministers on meeting the demands and rights of the demonstrators and a timetable for implementation quickly."

"We appreciate and respect the high sense of national responsibility expressed by our youth over the past few days," he said.

The three presidencies called on all to "support the reform work, which we are all keen to carry out the loyal Iraqi experienced and integrity of this reform."

The coordinating committees responsible for the demonstrations in Iraq, set 25 this month as the date for renewed protests, while announcing 23 demands.

A statement spread on social networking sites and followed by "Yes Iraq," that "our demonstrations after the visit of the forty on the 25th of this month, will be demands are not service because services are a duty imposed on the state to provide and this is the most basic rights of the citizen."

 

"Our demands will be as follows:"

1. Reconsider some paragraphs of the Constitution and amend them for the benefit of the nation and the people

2..Cancel the excess rings ((provincial councils… independent bodies .. Shiite endowment .. Sunni endowment .. Foundation prisoners… salaries Rafha… .. Foundation martyrs .. Hajj and Umrah))

3. Reducing the number of members of the House of Representatives, while reducing their salaries and privileges….

4..Activating the law ((Where did you get this)) ... And start with officials from the year 2003 and so far .. And compare what he had before this date .. And what he owns now

5 .. Financial control audits the accounts of financial parties .. And know the source of their money….

6… Equitable distribution of the wealth of the country to the people and the adjustment of the salary scale of employees .. so that there are no differences between the ministry and another

exactly what the GOI should have been working towards the day Maliki took office sadly for the most part its been the opposite........ those 23 bullet points will require sweeping changes and imo a hard row to hoe 4sure , the corrupt r dug in deep !
