Your rambling is correct, the Kurds got what they want, 17% of the federal budget.

We just have to wait till the next parliamentary session to see if the HCL go into force.

The Council of Representatives, on Monday, the third of September next date for the start of the second legislative year, pointing out that the first legislative year saw a vote on 20 laws and the end of the second reading of 15 laws.

"The second legislative year of the House of Representatives will begin on the third of September," said Shaker Hamid, a spokesman for the House of Representatives.

He added, "The number of laws received from the government reached 83 laws," noting that "the first legislative year saw a vote on 20 laws, and the completion of the first reading of 34, and the end of the second reading of 15 laws."

He explained that "the number of written parliamentary questions in the first legislative chapter was 51, of which 43 were answered, while the number of verbal questions 14 questions were all answered."

The head of the Popular Mobilization Moein Kazimi, on Sunday, a message to the blocs and political parties, with the imminent return of the Iraqi Council of Representatives sessions, on the foreign presence. 
"All blocs and political parties should adopt a position on the removal of American forces," al-Kazimi told Shafaq News. 
He warned the leader in the Popular Mobilization that "the survival of US forces in Iraq leads to problems inside Iraq, as these forces do problems with the neighboring countries of the country, as the survival of these forces significantly affect the security situation currently stable." According to him. 
Al-Kazemi stressed that "all the political blocs and parties, to speed up the vote on the law requires the removal of all foreign forces from all Iraqi territory."

Parliamentary Finance announces the imminent entry into force of the oil law
[Baghdad-Where] 
A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed that the coming into force of the oil and gas law.
Committee member Sherwan Mirza said in a press statement, "One of the recommendations made by the Finance Committee to the Presidency of the House of Representatives after hosting the Minister of Finance is the legislation of the oil and gas law during the new legislative term." 
He added, "The oil and gas law has political dimensions as it is linked to relations between the Kurdistan region and the federal government and the province of Basra and Baghdad and all oil-producing provinces in addition to Kirkuk." 
Mirza pointed out that "the legislation of the oil and gas law will address part of the outstanding problems between the region and the center, in addition to addressing the problems of oil-producing provinces; so there is a trend within the House of Representatives to approve the oil and gas law during the next legislative term."

have to agree with Ol Al-Kazimi , it leads to huge issues for Iran completely controlling Iraq ... whats next make the 103 acre US embassy site home base for popular mobilization .... we wait cheers
