I believe that's exactly what he's doing. But I also believe he's a decent human being. It's just that he's a product of the old school way of thinking and he's trying to learn how to swim in the deep end. It's become clear from the death of McCain that Trump has to privately set Lindsey Graham strait from time to time, and that's what we're seeing here.
