I can tell you one thing with all certain! If one of those perverts goes into the restrooms with my 10 year old granddaughter and I m there he want have to worry about a surgeon bill or a scheduling a visit to his hospital! US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday he had not given up the Kurds in Syria "in any way."

Trump wrote in a series of tweets on his Twitter account: "We may be about to leave Syria, but we have in no way abandoned the Kurds, and they are special people and wonderful fighters."

The US president reiterated his threat to Ankara, saying "any unnecessary fighting by Turkey would be devastating to their economy and their very fragile currency. We are helping the Kurds financially / with weapons!"

The Turkish Defense Ministry announced on Tuesday "completion" of preparations for a military operation in northern Syria, amid conflicting signals from the United States about whether Trump allows the attack.

The US president ordered US troops to withdraw from the border area between Turkey and Syria after a telephone conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Opponents saw a move by Trump to abandon Kurdish forces, which were a key ally of Washington in its battle against ISIS.

The Turkish president has repeatedly threatened to attack Kurdish fighters in northern Syria because of their relationship with separatists in his country.

But Trump also adjusted his stance on Monday, under pressure from international condemnation and criticism inside his Republican camp.

Ankara is demanding a "safe area" on the border with northern Syria, separating Kurdish rebel-held areas from the Turkish border and allowing the return of nearly two million Syrian refugees.

Ankara has in the past carried out two operations in Syria, the first against ISIS in 2016 and the second against the YPG in 2018, with support from armed factions affiliated with the Syrian opposition.

The ministry statement did not give any details of the telephone call, but said that "the two ministers agreed to continue the close dialogue."
This comes as reports indicate a tension dominating US-Turkish relations over a planned Turkish incursion into Syrian territory. is over

Trump: We have never abandoned the Kurds in Syria

US President Donald Trump has confirmed that the United States has not abandoned the Kurds in any way.

"Any unnecessary fighting by Turkey would be devastating to their economy and their very fragile currency," Trump said in a tweet on his Twitter account. "We are helping the Kurds financially / with weapons!"

The Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, earlier, his country's intention to carry out a military operation east of the Euphrates.

Turkey has repeatedly threatened an incursion against the US-backed Kurdish People's Protection Units (YPG) militia in northeastern Syria, accusing Washington of blocking efforts to establish a "safe zone" along the Turkish border.       

Things changed after a phone call between President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Donald Trump, and a White House statement said US forces would not support Turkey's incursion and leave the region.

US President Donald Trump said it was time for US troops to leave what he called "ridiculous and endless wars" and called on Turkey, Europe, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Russia and the Kurds to settle the situation in northern Syria.

 Trump said: "The Kurds fought with us but they got a lot of money and huge equipment to do that, they have been fighting Turkey for decades."

 Trump called on Turks and Kurds to resolve the situation after the withdrawal of US troops from northern Syria.

The United States began withdrawing its troops from its temporary military posts in the cities of Tall Abyad, Raqqa countryside, and Ras al-Ain, in the countryside of Al-Hasakah,

This comes in light of talk of a possible imminent Turkish operation, east of the Euphrates, to clear the region of terrorists and establish a safe area.

I THOUGHT the discussion was ABOUT Trump's decision to pull the troops out of Syria.  However, it moved to my political alliation or NOT. I will NOT DEFEND my political affliation with ANYONE, or do I demand or expect anyone to defend their political afflliation with me.  DIFFERENCE of opinions appear to invoke ANGER & INSULTS, if NOT in agreement with person expressing thier view. I haven't insulted anyone. Just calling what is, is. And there is nothing wrong with a righteous anger that holds Satan and all who do his bidding accountable. Like Jesus taking a whip to the money changing thieves in His Father's house. You can disagree all you want, just as I do with your opinion.
