VIRGINPARADIZE
The main sticking point of the Oil and Gas Law is to give American Oil Companies No Bid Contracts and control of the extracted Oil. Thats not going to happen in today's environment. Their issues with the Kurds can be resolved through negotiations. Short story is passing the HCL in its current form is economic suicide hence the delays. The only ray of hope for an RV is to link up with China for Open Markets and Economic Development in order to control their resources and security. 1 1 5
