 ...the XE converter that I check in all my videos.  I did the exact same process and they've changed their format...in a process that appears it's getting ready so that you can actually exchange and use the Iraq currency like the other currencies on their site...It's got mid-market rates.  Live rate.  1 USD = 1191.  There's a transfer fee.  But then right now it says, "Unfortunately we are not able to provide online money transfers from USD to IQD at this TIME."  I'VE NEVER SEEN THAT BEFORE.  That's an exciting change...
 

 

9-26-2019   Newshound Guru Frank26   Breaking news IMO...The White House of the United States of America put this out [video with Trump and the president of Iraq]...The White House wants us to know, American citizens and the whole world to know the White House is finally talking about Iraq  and this timing is perfect...I believe the White House wants everyone to know where we're at with Iraq...

9-26-2019   Newshound Guru Kaperoni  ...I AM 100% POSITIVE OF WHAT I SAY because the IMF clearly said it...if it's in print in the IMF document its 100% fact...And if you don't believe the IMF has control over the CBI and only can influence them you're wrong because in 2015 they became TRUSTEE of the CBI which has given them AUTHORITY to implement monetary policy. And we have since seen such action.
