Whatever happened to the oil and gas agreement passed in the Council of Ministers in September of 2016????

The council of ministers passes laws when they think they’re ready for parliament. Then parliament votes, argues, votes again, argues and then votes a third time where it becomes law. The hcl has been to parliament but is always too contentious to make it to the third vote.

As we can see in this country,we have a hard time (next to impossible) getting

democrats to work with republicans. Imagine if they were from 3 different religious 

groups never to trust each other. As a matter of fact Maliki sent the army after the

Peshmersha just a couple of years ago. Lol....

not that it really matters but this is when abadi sent the iraqi army and joint radicle iranian army to kirkuk in 2017 the peshmerga backed out rather than a civil war blood bath its sad to think iraq has no common cause for good as a nation and people groups ... we wait
