I think it's a bit more complicated. Especially since you constantly have a problem with remembering the subject matter of a thread. Like this one is about the Democratic Socialists Party and child molesters.

I don't recall this news back in 1989, I was surprised to find it a few years ago because little was ever known of it as it was covered up quickly as far as I can tell. Apparently this was going on with certain key "officials" at the time in the Reagan Bush whitehouse.

 

We can't over look the fact there has been a pedophilia problem in govt. and it involves people within both parties, not just one. There is also similar problems in other countries govt's. Almost immediately, the rights to the documentary were purchased by unknown persons who had ordered all copies destroyed. A copy of this videotape was furnished anonymously to former Nebraska state senator and attorney John De Camp who made it available to retired F.B.I. chief, Ted L. Gunderson. While the video quality is not top grade, this tape is a blockbuster in what is revealed by the participants involved.

I'm glad someone remembered the mountain of evidence against those VIP's and other twisted people. This tragedy runs DEEP into the heart of both politics and religion...beyond anyone's imagination and those who try hard to cover it all up.

 

We should never look the other way no matter who it implicates just because we want to avoid admitting the problem is within certain institutions or political parties, etc., that we may support or be a part of.

 

Sexual abuse is rampant within the "church", has been for centuries, and usually covered up in order to "protect" it all, when in reality, it is the people and followers who should have demanded all involved be held accountable. That still has not happened, and I call that hypocrisy.

 

It is also rampant in some political circles, it is not a "left right" issue, it involves all of them and many within these religious and political circles are actual sociopaths, and use their positions of perceived "authority" in order to take advantage of the defenseless and those they fool with their authority. It is indeed tragic, but it IS the people who must stand up and demand accountability rather than too many hiding behind their religion or political favorites hoping that it all goes away without taking action. It is not just a democrat socialist issue, it is a sickness deep within the system and has affected religion, politics and law enforcement also. 

 

Thanks LGD for mentioning you recalled this back in 1989. Glad someone did, most never heard of it OR they outright denied it, but it was ugly and is STILL going on within DC and various religious institutions across the board...no matter the sect or denomination, most have been hurt by some of their twisted controlling "leaders".

Officials say that they have rescued several human trafficking victims at a Philippine airport.

 

The Philippine Bureau of Immigration says that five people believed to be human trafficking victims were rescued at the Mactan-Cebu International Airport. A “pedophile ring” believed to be responsible for the abuse of over 500 boys in Afghanistan has been discovered, according to The Guardian.

It’s almost hard to believe that members of Congress had the chutzpah to establish a secret fund, paid for by taxpayers, to silence the victims of their unwanted sexual demands. But they did, once again proving their complete disregard for the people that pay their salaries.

And, the amount of money paid to silence their victims over the past two decades is staggering:

Seventeen and a quarter million dollars were spent to hide the sexual peccadillos – including rape – in 264 reported incidents. How many more attacks went unreported? Payments averaged $65,306 per assault. That’s fairly significant hush money but it gets worse.

In one year the average payment was just under $4oo,000. That was the average. That average had to have been skewed by one or two massive payouts considering the total payout for the 50 settlements in the five years prior to that year was $382,000.

Now journalist Trey Yingst has tweeted that President Trump wants the names of these predators to be made public.

There are at least two good reasons that Trump would want their names to be made public.

First, as we have learned from the establishment’s attack on Roy Moore and their stated intent to block him from being seated if the voters of Alabama are to elect him, they are blowing smoke because the Supreme Court has ruled that as long as the voters are aware of the allegation ahead of time then it is fair to consider they have taken the alleged behavior into account when they cast their votes.

That was the case with DC Mayor Marion Barry who was re-elected after being found in a hotel room smoking crack cocaine while enjoying the company of a prostitute. In fact, a plaque honoring Barry is currently being erected in Washington.

The high court’s ruling also opens the door to what happens when the truth is deliberately kept from voters in these instances and they do not have an opportunity to factor the aberrant behavior into their decision.

Remember, the Congressional violators have admitted their guilt, or been found guilty despite their contentions otherwise. Roy Moore has been afforded nowhere near the same consideration.

Then there’s the fact that if anyone of the accused was convicted of rape they would not be eligible to vote let alone occupy a seat in the Capitol.

Make no mistake that an examination of the annual and average settlements shows such a disparate level of payments that at least some of the attacks must’ve been pretty egregious.

Take 2002 for example. The annual payout was just under $4 million to settle 10 cases. The year before the average payout was just over $17,000. Whatever the offenses were in 2002 to warrant a 2200% increase in payout over the previous year had to be serious, very serious.

This leaves anyone with knowledge of the offenders and their offenses holding a hammer over the heads of legislators in order to guarantee their votes. This makes sense when you see how the left stick together even when they disagree. What is Pelosi holding over them?
