High-Level Iraqi Delegation to Visit Erbil, Discuss Budget

ERBIL — A high-level delegation from Baghdad will visit Erbil on Tuesday to discuss with Kurdish counterparts the differences over Iraq’s federal budget.

BasNews has learned that Iraq’s Minister of Finance and Economy, Fuad Hussein, will be leading the Iraqi delegation.

As the Kurdistan Region is concerned about its share from Iraq’s federal budget for the year 2020, several technical committees have been formed in both Erbil and Baghdad to address the issues before passing the budget bill at the parliament.

According to the information obtained by BasNews, the Iraqi delegation will be received today at the Council of Ministers of Kurdistan Region.

The vibe around here seems a little low. There must be a disturbance in the force.  Send us some Hopium from your vacation Navira.😎

That's because Iraq is doing what it always does.  Accomplishes very little and vacations lot.  Sometimes it's as if they want to stay a crappy country and not be what they once were.  They are so tribal that they will stall progress for themselves just so no one else can get ahead.  Eventually they will be forced to RV or RI because of all the debt hat has been forgiven and all the companies that want to come in and do business.  This will happen.  Just might take another day or two.  Haha

At this point I'm just hoping that this happens in my lifetime.
