I believe to intent is to bring in the 3 Zero Note over time and replace them with the Lower Demons and coins........Can you image walking around with say a 25K note worth say $25,000 USD and trying to Grocery Shop.

 

They can't just come out an say all these notes are no longer Valid Currency.....That would destroy the Credibility of Iraq and no one world wide would trust them again let alone do business with them.

A presidential order issued by Bush allowed US citizens to buy Iraqi dinar . Who cared at that point ,but it also coincided with tax payers getting money back from the government . He encouraged people to buy IQD  with this money from heaven . Can you imagine what big time players would to go to jail for fraud   treason .counterfeit ,mail fraud ,etc .
