The question is not whether these people will finally get together by mid-Sept. but what other "occasion" or "anniversary" can they come up with to keep from working the rest of the month? Hmmm...perhaps the

"Anniversary of the Occasion of Playing Hooky from Anything Resembling Work"

The CBI should go ahead and RV/RI the Dinar and let these lazy fools choke on their own incompetence and pay the price for it.

At least they're taking things seriously. There's an aura of justice as of late - which is hopefully circling the planet and not just the West (Weinstein, Epstein, "Me Too", etc. ((as well as a.personal victory against the KW real estate company - which took 11 years to achieve -including 2 trials and a bogus countersuit brought against me by the defendants after the first trial was literally rigged - which I successfully  defended myself from as a self-rep. party - thanks to corruption in my home state)) which fuels a sense of justice and optimism.

I can only imagine how frustrated the Iraqi people must be after being lied to and robbed by their own Govt. -  after decades of struggles and finally being free from.Sadam.

Some people, groups and etntities never admit their guilt- even after getting caught - unless they're  about to face enhancing. I'm sure there are many in Iraq who know that they can't "kick the can" any further and are out of time regarding their corrupt ways - and still pook forward to seeing a very positive return from this exotic currency!

This Parliament is such a far cry from all the previous ones. It is comical the others even referred to themselves as a legislative group.  They were all just big old bowls of sad BS excuses.

Now this group of Parliamentarians have been kicking arses and taking names from the git go. I suspect if they need to take 2 weeks to get their ducks in a row, it is so they can watch them fall like a line of dominoes. I am ok with that!!! These last few items they are wanting to tackle are pretty much everything we have been waiting on. I'm not sure if 140 is in there or not, but it could well have been decided upon. That is how the president of this Parliament operates. Before he even sits down to take a vote, it has been discussed and pretty much decided upon. I have no problem with waiting 2 more weeks, as long as know Shite is getting done! 😎

I think a lot can get done behind the scenes here. August produced some positive deals between the Kurds and GOI. There may need a few things iron out. Let's see what happens when they return.

According to So N So they have everything done and there is no reason to act like they are busy working....This is the reason for more time off.

He is claiming Parl. is out again until Sept 13th because they don't have anything left to do. All 3 PTB in Kurdistan are wanting to improve relations with Baghdad. Kuwait is said to be squared away and waiting on Oil or natural Gas

HCL and Art 140 are supposed to be Post RV Rate Change.

If this is the case why not just flip the switch and be done with it already?

Obviously it isn’t all done. Maybe they just want to deal with what’s left of the corrupt whales. Thinking it is safe to say Maliki and his party are against an RV. It would be funny if Parliament wanted to through the trash out before Making Iraq great again! 😄
