Hussein added that "the ownership of the property located in the western half of Dujail and an area of 1500 acres within the province of Wasit, which will provide 850 residential plots to the ministry above for the purpose of distribution to the beneficiaries, in addition to the transfer of ownership of 4000 residential plots in the province of Basra in Bab Zeid province From the Ministry of Finance to the Ministry of Construction and Housing for the purpose of preparing for distribution. " Hussein said that "the Ministry of Finance is continuing to implement all the resources in the government program within the specified timelines regarding the distribution of plots of land to citizens in all Iraqi provinces after the completion of legal and administrative procedures and maintains the speed of completion." The Council of Ministers voted on March 13, 2019 to sort and distribute residential land for the previously established categories, and the category of those covered by the social welfare network and those with special needs are granted plots of residential land with an area of (200) m2 instead of an amount of (250) dinars per square meter provided that they have not previously benefited from A piece of residential land from the State in accordance with resolution (120) for the year 1982.
