US jobless claims fall to a 4-week low

Mubasher: US jobless claims fell to a one-month low last week, well below expectations.

The US Labor Department said Thursday that new jobless claims fell to 209,000 in the week ending August 17, a drop of about 12,000 from the previous week's levels after the revision.

Analysts had expected jobless claims to fall to 217,000 last week.

As for the weekly average over the past four weeks, the number of jobless claims rose by 500 to 214,500 from the previous week's levels after an upward revision.

Continued jobless claims in the world's largest economy were recorded at 1.674 million in the week ending August 10, down 54,000 from the previous week.

Continued US jobless claims are near the lowest level in nearly 40 years.

By 12:37 pm GMT, the US dollar was steady against the euro at $ 1.1080.

You know me. Before I commit to making a thread of such strong Spiritual beliefs I MUST have it settled in my own heart. Besides, as I've stated most here, if not all, will think I've completely lost it. They'll think that because few people really want to seek the TRUTH. 

I promise you this, I am going to spend my entire weekend compiling evidence and forming my thoughts. When I do post a thread it will be called
