BAGHDAD (Reuters) - 
The Iraqi parliament said on Monday it was refusing to bring ISIS members to Iraq and try them, pointing out that Iraq would not be turned into a new Guantánamo. 
The committee member, Abbas Sarrout, that "Iraq wants to get rid of the file of foreign ISIS as soon as possible, because it recognizes the magnitude of the threats to it, and the security chaos that gets on the Iraqi-Syrian border." 
Sarrout said that "the House of Representatives object to that Iraq agrees to bring all foreign elements of the organization in the presence of SDF, for the most important reasons that he does not want to transfer its territory to a new Guantanamo," acknowledging that "the pressure on the Iraqi government returned in this regard, mainly international pressure ".
Regarding the recent statements by the US special envoy to Syria James Jeffrey, that the number of ISIS elements reaches 10,000 by SDF, Sarrout pointed out that "this number is exaggerated because America, after increasing political and popular demands to remove its forces from Iraq, began Pressure on (Prime Minister) Adel Abdul Mahdi through this way. Iraqi-European talks to resolve the fate of foreign ISIS and fears of placing them on the border
BAGHDAD: Iraq has resumed talks with several European countries, most notably France, Germany and Britain, to resolve the issue of ISIS detainees from foreign nationalities currently held in camps near the Iraqi border under the custody of the Syrian Democratic Forces. {SDF}.
The official said in a press statement that "there is increasing concern in Iraq that these elements remain on its borders without trial or fortified prisons, in addition to fears that the file within the projects and bargains in northern Syria." 
He added that "several European countries have resumed talks with Iraq on their citizens detained by the Syrian democratic forces, with the aim of accepting Iraq to receive them and prosecute him, in accordance with the anti-terrorism law in force in Iraq.
