A source for tomorrow Press: Iraq will open the crossings with Syria and reject a US request

Baghdad / Al-Ghad Press:

A source in the Joint Operations Command confirmed on Wednesday the opening of the official border crossing between Iraq and Syria after the meeting between the two countries' forces and securing the border.

Washington refused to open the crossings and told Baghdad it would "be a land bridge to Iran from Iraq to Syria," the source said.

"Baghdad rejected Washington's orders and told the embassy it was going to open the outlets because it was an internal affair and an Iraqi-Syrian sovereign decision."

Iraq is hell bent on going down the drain with Iran, just hope we can get our money out of this third world bunch of morons before Trump puts sanctions on them...
