Police: Florida man drives golf cart into Walmart, attempts to run over people

GIBSONTON, Florida -- A Florida man is facing charges for driving a golf cart through a crowded Walmart.

Police said Michael Hudson was blocking the store's entrance when deputies arrived in Gibsonton around 12:30 p.m. Thursday.

 

That's when police said he suddenly took off, driving into the store as several pedestrians were hit and others jumped out of the way.

Hudson eventually crashed into a cash register and was taken into custody.

 

A few customers received treatment at the scene, but there were no serious injuries.

Sounds like a wise decision...At least for a while......

 

We do not want anything bad happening to you ANYWHERE and also to ANYBODY ELSE  here in this Forum....I said anybody else and their Families of course...So please  you guys be careful and watch out all the time for yourselves and your beloved ones

Truthfully, I never go to Walmart... I own a small advertising/production company and they will never spend money with me. I usually shop at local and regional businesses. Those are the businesses who do business with me. I always try to support my clients.

Great idea.....Reminds me somehow of that scene in the movie starring Michael Douglas "Falling Down"....The golf course scene
