Said the leader of the coalition of state law, Adnan al-Asadi that the proposal made by the Central Bank of Iraq to reduce interest on loans granted to investment projects in the past years by 50% and the government to pay this difference, which could reach millions of dollars. Al-Asadi said that the above mentioned represents a dangerous precedent, which entails carrying large sums of money that are not specified and at the same time a clear violation of public money and even reward for some of the defaulters. Al-Asadi pointed out that "the basic condition in granting the loan for the investment or development project is the commitment of the borrower to implement the project and its operation and the repayment of the loan with the benefits of it because the donor banks are committed to laws and regulations aimed at developing their sources is an important part and an engine for the economic situation of the country. Here's the other part that was not reposted, I believe they are talking about things that already have been done.

The increase in salaries, the inclusion of new salary categories, and the expansion of loan categories and the increase of the beneficiary groups, are positive measures in this direction.

The US is trying to choke off Iran from the rest of the world and the UAE just gave them an out. UAE wants to try to find a diplomatic solution but it undermines the overall missions of the sanctions.

I will be turning in my 2 weeks notice also if this comes out at a quarter or above.. I would fire myself immediately, but I do like my immediate boss and need to do the right thing by him at least.. I have been dreaming of the day though.. can’t come soon enough.
