All the pressures from so many angles are noted that support that everyone is ready for them to complete reforms 

and open up to the world by twining Baghdad and Kurdistan regions into one cohesive body working for all the common good. 

That time frame they give is immediately after Eid Al Adha...

That time frame is upon us so very shortly.

Eid is over this week our time...

The Iraqi government responds to Iran and bans US flights

The head of the Rafidain bloc, Yonadim Kanna, on Friday, continued the dispute between Baghdad and Erbil over the laws of oil and gas, and the Federal Court. Kanna said that "the House of Representatives is witnessing inaction in the performance of its duties for the first time," pointing out that "there is no coordination between the committees and the presidency on the introduction of laws, and what is happening is random."

He called on the House of Representatives to "put the law of oil and gas and the Federal Court Law and the Federal Service Law to vote in the next legislative term as it is one of the most important laws affecting state institutions." 

Hassan al-Majid, a member of the Parliamentary Oil and Energy Committee, revealed on Tuesday that the Kurdish parties continue to reject the oil and gas law.

Al-Majid said that "the efforts of legislating the oil and gas law, which has been stalled for 11 years, clash with the Kurdish rejection." Between Baghdad and Erbil. " 

He added that "legislation will be enough to regulate the relationship between the oil-producing provinces and the federal government," pointing out that "the lack of legislation due to a number of political reasons, perhaps the most prominent Kurdish rejection, which wants to maintain the existing agreements."
